Passenger side mirror is not folding properly. These mirrors were sold to me as they fit and were compatible with the truck. It worked flawless and now the mirror won’t open and stay in place. The drivers side works great. The passenger side doesn’t makes the truck undrivable. This is not Dot safe. Need a replacement passenger mirror. And now their customer service says it is not compatible to the truck they can’t do anything. Every day that the truck is off the road is money I am losing. If issue is not resolved asap I will be requesting $100 per day since complaints was filed. I just want a replacement mirror and this issue would be resolved.Customer response

June 30th I purchased engine that was supposed to come with warranty. I paid 1975.00 just had it installed. Mechanic knoticed bad timing chain. This part is 1100.00.. the owner said it wasn't bad before. He's full of bs.Business response

We diagnosed and informed you that the VVTs' were either in wrong OR the cam sensors were the wrong ones since you used the ones from your motor. You have done nothing but try and get your money back. You even returned your core BEFORE this motor issue is resolved. So now you want me to give you your money back AND you keep the motor? We drove the car the motor came out of. 4 of us. 4 people driving a car is not normal but we were trying to determine if we were going to sell the car or make it parts, We moved that car in and out of the shop for 2 weeks, it ran beautifully, even at an idle. I am sorry you feel you received a bad motor but you have to make an effort to fix the issue before demanding money back and slamming a good company on every platform you can come up with. You have made NO effort to fix the issue. We told you to have your mechanic change the cam sensors. You did not. You DROVE the car here (would not have made it with bad timing) and we informed you of what we found. You left here and took it to ANOTHER mechanic instead of fixing what you were informed about.
