Bought a car from here on Thursday August 26th 2021. Upon purchase they had informed me that the license plate bolts snapped while still in the holes. They told me that they needed to angle grinder them flat to bore out the holes to put new bolts in. Upon realizing a day later when I was putting stuff in the trunk that they hit the car with the grinder and took paint off down to bare metal. I took the car in Monday August 30th 2021 for my detail they offered because it wasn’t entirely clean when I took it home. Upon dropping it off that Monday I informed them of the hits to the body of my car with their grinder and asked to have them paint pen it to prevent. I was told by the used car manager that he would get it taken care of after my detail was done. I received a call that night stating the car was ready for pick up. Upon getting my vehicle back it was neither cleaned nor was the body damage fixed. I was given paint pens a few weeks later as compensation to fix it myself when I arrived to pick up my title. It is not my job to fix their mess ups.

I already took care of the damage to the body of my vehicle by taking it to a family members body shop to get it all corrected. As far as the detail goes I did a cleaning myself to save the headache. The situation does not need rectified. My review is just to point out what I dealt with. The manager of the facility had already made it known when I spoke with him that he didn't really care for what I had to say about the situation. I also called and spoke with Jason the used car sales manager a few moments ago and talked with him. He was frustrated because I did not bring it to his attention immediately to have it fixed when I noticed everything. I worked a lot when I purchased my vehicle so I did not have the ability or time frame to really get it taken care of. On top of that I was really frustrated with the situation and to have saved myself from being absolutely nasty/rude/mean I left it alone.
