I had a session in February 2023, finished my payment plan in May 2023. I received my digital files in a timely manner, including my images and the session clip. However, I had to reach out to ***** (the owner) for MONTHS, 3 to be exact, to get my physical product. She ignored most of my messages, only responding once in a blue moon to tell me they'd be in, but the date and excuses kept changing, every time she'd actually reply. I was an ambassador in her ambassador program, so I paid even more for that and I had done prior sessions without any issues. After months of being ignored in her private messages, I finally reached out in the ambassador group chat (mind you my contract stated I would be an ambassador until November 1st, 2023. I have a copy of the contract.) She got mad and kicked me from the group chat, finally messaged me personally and said she was too busy and too tired and she'd contact me later. I told her I would be posting screen shots and filing a dispute that evening (August 30, 2023) and didn't hear anything all day, so I made my Facebook post and planned to call my bank the next morning, Magically that next morning, her attitude completely changed and she said she'd have my product the next evening for me and she asked me to take down my post (that plenty of other girls commented on with the same issues, dating back multiple YEARS without product.) I will finally be getting my product tomorrow (I hope) after being ignored for THREE months. I would just take your business elsewhere because the amount of money I had to pay, to be treated like this and ignored, was unbelievable. She is not worth it.Customer response

I inquired about doing a boudoir photo shoot 9/21/21 and went in agreement with the owner and photographer for weekly payments of $92 for the $2300 package that included an 8x8 album of my photos, an 8x12 metal print and the full digital collection. Photo shoot went as planned on 1/29/22 and I continued to pay until paid in full. I was sent an invitation email by the owner that my digital file was ready and I could choose my photos on 2/4/22. I had issues with the link because I forgot my password and she was sweet about it so we went back and forth figuring that out. I sent her my 20 images that I would like and she released just those 20 but from my understanding now that I re read that package, all of my images should have been released since I get the full digital collection. On 2/15, she said my pictures were available for download and my album was ordered via a Facebook message. I heard nothing else from her so I inquired about the photos via text on 4/6 because I had yet to receive anything other than the digital pics. At this time she told me the metal print came in the night before. I still haven’t received anything at this time. I finally get a text message from her stating on 5/16 that my metal just came in with others that have been waiting and she needed my address to mail it. So I give her my address again. Even though you said it was in in April. After that I still had not received anything and I realize it’s the end of June. I have sent Facebook messages and text messages with no response. I also called and it rang twice then went to voicemail which I left a message. I even left a comment on one of her posts in her business Facebook group letting her know I was trying to get in touch with her with no response. At this point, either refund me my money or give me the rest of the items I paid for.
