On Wednesday March 30th at 11:03p I placed an order with Bambino’s online for a Medium White Cheese Pizza without The bacon it normally comes with. When it arrived with bacon I called to ask for it to be remade as my receipt showed bacon was omitted from my order request. The lady I spoke with tried to convince me I was not able to place an order for this pizza with no bacon. I slaked if she had used Their online ordering system and she said she had not which was obvious. I explained that their system does not give the option to take things off essentially it asks what you want on it. I added all the ingredient except bacon. She then put on the manager which I had asked her to do. The manager echoed her response but added the specialty pizzas could not be customized online. This is clearly not true because I added pineapple which is not a regular ingredient. She then hung up on me when I asked how she was going to resolve the issue. It was closing time so I felt they just didn’t want to stay to remake it. But the rude unprofessional service I received on top of making my wrong needs to fixed. This is in response to a complaint about a deleted item
The customers statement is false as here attached is her specific order from that evening and CLEARLY it does not say no bacon
She also stated that we hung up and didn't resolve the issue.
We can't remake an order that we fulfilled properly that THE CUSTOMER INPUTED themselves. She also wanted a new order and a refund which simply speaks to the unreasonability of her issue.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because: I asked for a refund OR to remake the pizza not both. The receipt that was sent looks just like my order as it does not say no bacon because there is no option to remove just to not add the bacon. There is no bacon listed which means it should not be on the pizza. Clearly this establishment is unfamiliar with their own online ordering system and that is ridiculous. If someone just attempted to go online and order the white cheese pizza they would understand that if its not listed *** add to pizza it should not automatically be added.

I ordered a pizza from bambino's and never received it. I called and the manager **** said it was out for delivery after two had passed. It never came to my home. I called again and the manager said they didn't have my order. I advised that my card had been charged. She than continued to say that they never got the order. I asked for a refund and she refused.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 10, 2022/02/01) */ This is in reply to a complaint, This lady totally received her order in the time that was given to her, approximately 90 minutes. I'm also sure it was hot as it was taken from the oven and immediately delivered. The statement about not having her order is false as is her accusation of a card refund. She called as she received the order from a veteran driver who confirmed the delivery and kept the food order and asked for a refund, and to keep the order AND a credit for her next order. This is why ****, our general manager refused a credit. This is a totally false statement and a beyond unreasonable request. Any other questions i would be happy to answer and/or verify.
