SD Bullion is my number 1 go to for all my bullion. I really only buy from other sites if SD doesn't have it or if there's a sale on one of the other sites for something specific.Review from Grady H

I ordered and received a 10 oz Silver Bar. It was a heavy object shipped in a flimsy package.Upon opening I found the back of the bar was dented and the plastic airtight wrap was broken in several places. I was not surprised that this arrived this way seeing how it was packaged for shipment. The shipping was free, so is this normal to ship stuff the cheapest way possible?I ordered something a week later and it came in a nice packed boxed and sealed really good.But I paid $9.95 for shipping for that one. I did contact customer support and they offered to replace it but were out of stock at the time. I decided to buy a plastic cover and try to smooth out the damage myself. Free shipping=Cheapest way possible. I recently ordered from another company with ************* also. Received my items nicely packed and protected, no damage.Review from Johnny Y

All orders greater than $199.00 will be shipped and insured for free . Any order $199.00 or less will incur a flat rate of $9.95 for shipping and insurance.
If you would like to add a signature when receiving your package, you can do so by simply calling us. The cost for the signature is $5, but this only applies if you specifically request it for your package. Either way, with or without a signature, our packages are insured.
If you want to know more information , please give us a call at 1-800-294-8732. We are available from 8 a.m.-8 p.m. est Monday through Thursday and from 8 a.m.-6 p.m. est on Friday.

Its doesnt matter who you deal with in the company they truly train their staff to value their customers. I have found them to be an excellent company to transact with. I have placed around 6 orders with them over the past 2 years. Shortly after my check clears the bank my order is shipped. They also have very competitive prices. Before *** I bought from a company whose order fulfillment time became longer & longer until I had to involve the BBB.
