I ordered a product the company in question on January 3rd, their shipping policy is 4-7 business days (barring any delay or cancellation of course, which I understand), but it has been almost 19 days since I placed the order and I still have yet to receive any cancelation notice, delay notice, or shipping information from the company. The purchase confirmation is still active, so the business has been paid, but I have yet to receive any information as to when my product will be shipped to me. I have been emailing the contacts on the purchase confirmation email and on their website: *********************** and *********************** for the past 9 days (daily mind you) and have yet to hear back from anyone regarding the status of my order. I am in the process of disputing the charge with the payment company I used to purchase the item and believe I have every reason to file a complaint with this business for lack of communication and lack of providing timely service to a customer.Initial Complaint

I’ve been shopping with this company for the last 3 years and countless errors and lies. The ‘owner’ max said he’d send a gift card for all the screw up. That was 2 years ago and no gift card. I kept giving them chances until recently.I ordered two shoe in one order on 2/1/23, only one was delivered. I’ve literally emailed max 4 times now and still can’t get a refund or date when my s come shoe will ship. They also cancelled another order I placed with no email no nothing. I want my freaking money back you thieves. This is truly the worst tan business I’ve seen in a while and I’m going to literally crack a bottle of champagne when they go bankrupt, because it WILL happen. You can’t alienate, lie, and literally not ship items because you feel like it. I’ve sent multiple emails and now filing this complaint to allow this business the opportunity to refund me. It doesn’t seems that’s going to happen since I’ve been strung along for over a week now in two separate emails. If I don’t have resolution by 2/23/24 I will file a chargeback against this company. This is as simple as I can make it for this business.Initial Complaint

Unauthorized charges in my credit card. 17 charges to be exact. All for $40 in a one hour time span.
