Misleading information from the sales team about a 3 year contract that was never mentioned before or during the sale. Only as the documents electronically came across email and the sales rep indicating "to just sign those documents to get the process started" again without disclosing that there was a three year contract or a hefty buyout if cancellation was early? This is a very mischievous and scandalous practice intentionally designed to deceive the consumer to overlook the terms and conditions that would hinder the closing of the sale. If a consumer doesn't want their utility company anymore, for whatever reason, they should have the ability and the freedom to cancel without penalty. This practice is far too common and it holds business's especially small business's to an unfair practice. This is not customer service, this is a deceptive practice for utility companies such as Comcast, DoubleA Solutions, and Aline Phone Systems. A contract that holds you hostage as a consumer with zero recourse if you don't like the service or have a consumer problem. I now owe over a thousand dollars to cancel my contract or continue to use my service as spelled out. Please help me with this matter and look into the contracts that lock consumers in as a whole. I have had communication with Aline Phone Systems and Double A Solutions. Collectively they have handled this complaint and terminated my contract.
Unfortunately I had to file a complaint to get a resolution to a individual situation. The companies have a great product, and service and would recommend them.
I appreciate the resolution and wish them all the best.
