I placed a order on Monday April 8th 6:41 pm. Total was $29.18. This was at the Troy, OH store. The fries were overloaded with salt to the point you could not eat them. The food overall was cold and for the amount of wait time you would think it would have been hot. The service was bad. I filled out the survey and it asks for the option if you want to be contacted by Burger King. I chose yes. No one of course contacted me back. I then reached out via their website on April 16th. Got a auto reply email saying someone would contact me back. It's April 23rd no one has contacted me back from either time I have contacted them because clearly one single customer is of no importance. I would like a refund of my $29.18. I've never had a real issue at this location but clearly it's going downhill.Customer response
