The worst customer service I have ever experienced! They had my driveway blocked and I was unable to back out, I had to drive through my grass to get out. The owner **** called me and laughed said there was nothing I could do. he was on opposite side of the road. My road is not that wide I will be sure to never use them.

My Company never did any work for this person we were on a public Road doing work across the street and we were not blocking her driveway there was plenty of room for her to get out of her driveway. We did not block her driveway.

Terrible customer service. *********************** was prompt in providing a quote but it ended there. Scheduling became a massive issue. Received a call on Fathers day ay 7pm letting me know they would be out in 2 days. My wife let him know that we could not fit that in to our schedule and asked if he could schedule it for another time. *****'s response was "this is how we do it, no other client has ever had a problem with this why do you" . My Wife asked what other days were available and he said non and that she can send him a list of dates that she is available. My wife sent several dates and several emails to *****. He did not respond to her emails inquiring about availability. She finally called him, and he told her non of the dates were available. When she asked what dates were available he told her he did not have a schedule. She called the main office and finally spoke with ****. **** is the owner of the company, and put her on the schedule for 8/7. this is 60days after the scheduling difficulty with ***** as the quotes was completed on 5/30. The issues here are from the top down. Once the date was scheduled ***** did email my wife to confirm and was very condescending letting her know this was weather dependent. My wife called the night before to check if they were still coming out as the forecast for 8/7 was rain. This is were **** decided the best course of action was to tell me wife that she was being a B**ch and that if she was going to keep asking so many questions that he wasn't doing the job, and that he was booked for the rest of the year and didn't need the business. I should have listed to the reviews on ******* the better business bureau. That is something you should keep in mind if you are planning on using them. THEY DO NOT NEED YOUR BUSINESS AND WILL TREAT YOU LIKE IT. WHO KNOWS THEY MAY EVEN CALL YOU A B**CH FOR ASKING QUESTIONS.Review from Claudia H

Had a very bad experience with Midohio. When we met with them and got the quote they were extremely helpful and informative. Forward to the work being done, they contracted out to another contractor to do the work and a cold pour resulted in gaps and potting in the driveway. We were concerned to pay them as there was clearly an issue with the driveway. We felt pressured and they said they would fix it and their word was solid so we did. Unfortunately that was not the case. Once we paid them we had to hound and hound them to come fix it. They came out and only fixed part of the driveway which left it with a horrible looking patch job on our brand new 20k+ driveway. We have since left numerous messages showing them what we were left with and not a peep. I wish people would stay true to their word and have integrity.Mid-Ohio Asphalt and Concrete, Inc. Response

All Work was completed in June 2023. Upon completion, customer stated they were dissatisfied with the appearance of a section of the driveway. We advised customer that it would be possible to remove & replace that area, however it would not look the exact color as existing driveway, and also that work couldn't be completed until driveway had a chance to cure out as would not be possible to bring equipment onto new driveway without damaging entire driveway. Customer insisted that section of driveway be replaced. ******** agreed to remove and replace the section of driveway once driveway had cured enough to bring equipment on it. Customer agreed to pay for all work performed under contract thus far, with the understanding that repair work would occur in future. Approximately a month or so later, section of driveway was removed and replaced in a professional manor. Customer has stated that they were unhappy with the appearance of repair, even after being advised that it would not be identical to existing concrete driveway. ******** fully intends to review entire job in the spring of 2023 with customer to determine what can be done with existing driveway so that the customer is satisfied with all work performed
