Entered by BBB staff DC. Consumer states on 5/31 a mattress was to be delivered. The driver hit multiple things while trying to get into the drive. When the bag to the mattress was opened there was dirt on it because it wasn't sealed properly. When speaking with owner he stated he would pick it up and would refund $644.98 and an additional amount for the inconvenience. After picking up the mattress, the owner called and stated she was a scam artist, thief, liar and a cheat. She was very upset being treated this way. She made a police report on the business because of the name calling.
