      On Sunday september 15th, I placed an online order at 10:25am, then pressed i am here button at 10:50….when i got there mcdonald’s claimed they didn’t get my order and refused to give me a refund even though the app charged me. It was a lie because they recognized my order # at first then said oohhh (as if they forgot) then just claimed they never got it because they refused to make it as breakfast was ending. When i asked for a refund, they refused. The app already charged me and the store won’t refund me.

      The McDonald's app will not accept most of my debit or credit cards as payment. It won't even allow me to add the cards to my profile. They keep trying to pass the blame off to my banks when it is more likely a technical issue on their end. This has been going on for quite a few years and that tells me they are not even trying to resolve the issue. The usual fixes that they continue to suggest are just not working. It must be a glitch in their system which is preventing the addition of my cards. But thus far they have ignored my request to look into it.

      I am sorry for the issues you are having.  We own locations in Ohio, Pennsylvania and West Virginia.  I know this issue isn't store specific but I have never came across this issue with anyone else.  The app is ran by McDonald's corporation..  I can only advise to go in your app and go to more at the bottom right, hit profile, and then payment methods to see if you can save it there.  If you have apple pay or google pay set up on your phone that should show there and always be an option when checking out.  You can add other forms of payment under this section also.

      I had ordered food and the order that I had placed had been wrong and I went and told them about how my order wasn't what I had placed it was completely wrong and the people working was so rude refused to even hear what I was saying told me there's nothing they can do and also after that I went to use the restroom and the employee came in bathroom and told me I had to leave and accused me of being a crack head

      McDonald’s has a promo. Will you do a survey in the 30 days? You can buy one and get it free sandwich at the same value. When I did the survey he was for 20 **** *** ***** **** ******* on the receipt, but I decided to walk into **** ************ ***. McDonald’s and they refuse service and this is the second time, I should be able to take this receipt to Mcdonald United States and be able to let me redeem my promo. This was second time I was refused by Nayeli who is the worker at ****** ************ ***. and I told her the second time are you sure you want to refuse service? She said yes, she was told by Hilda the manager , the receipt has to have the same address in order for me to retrieve the promo. This is definitely not true employees that work at McDonald’s on the other location at **** ** ***** ***., the franchisee ******** should retrain his employees so this does not happen to other other customers

      This restaurant in ************ is so slow! The orders are never ready on time. Its always, pull into a parking area and wait, wait and wait! Im so fed up with the service here. I dont think I will be a customer in the future!!!!

      My husband ordered a 40+$ food order and never received it. They still charged his card for the all of the money even after acknowledging that we never received the order. We called two days later for a refund we were told 24hours by costumer service. We waited another 5 days still no refund. I called again and we were told that the case was escalated and we would hear back ”very soon”. 3 more days later still NOTHING. We are regular customers who deserve a refund for not receiving an order.

      I am sorry but we own stores in Ohio, West Virginia and Pennsylvania.  This doesn't seem to be one of our locations.  You best bet is to call the store and ask if they have an office number that you can call and they should be able to help you.

      I went to the McDonald's at **** ******* **** ** ******** ** and was so scared for my life. You would Not believe the conduct of the employees working there. They were screaming and yelling at me so bad for no.apparent reason.and I couldn't even eat my sandwich because it literally got stuck in my throat. The employees were screaming and yelling all over the restaurant and other customers were concerned and left. This is unacceptable behavior and I fear if this outrageous conduct continues there will be a disaster at some point in time. I was at that location around 2:30 pm on Thursday, May 23,2024.

      I placed an order in the McDonald app and never received it. After calling customer support they claimed they could not find the order even tho I have email verification of the order. They said there’s no guarantee I will get i money back and there is no in person customer service to talk to

      Location at *** * ****** ** ******** **** fraudulently charged me for a large coffee with my breakfast meal without my consent. When I inquired about the extra 60 cent charge, the worker had to ask their manager. The manager informed for that all meal orders were automatically upgraded to a LARGE coffee without informing the customer. This is a fraudulent business practice. I insist the restaurant desist in this fraudulent practice. I cancelled my order and left. I request a written reply to my physical address.
