The house is nice, we are happy with most things. But as soon as you sign the dotted line to buy from them, the communication, service, helpfulness, and any feeling you had that they care for you as a customer goes away completely. Ever since we signed the contract, it’s been like dealing with the 800 number for an health insurance company. Unresponsive, no one picks up the phone in the office, even in the middle of a weekday, just awful. Then when they finally get back to you, they complain and act like it’s your fault for being the one that’s on top of things. And Jason S******, the salesman, just terrible. Said all the things he knew no one could hold him to in the contract meeting, and then lied when we told his boss the things he was saying. Exactly what you think of when you think of a slimy snake oil salesman. I would assume he can’t get clients to buy houses the way regular realtors too, so he found this cozy role.. but he doesn’t deserve it. Patrick seems to be a savvy businessman, and he built us an excellent house. He can right the ship if he puts in the effort to getting more support staff and a new salesman. Best of luck to them.

We’re very sorry to learn we haven’t lived up to Mr. ********* expectations so far. We’re always striving to improve and while it’s never easy to hear the negatives, we appreciate the opportunity to learn and grow. We were particularly disappointed since we felt we’d gone the extra mile, having rearranged both our production team’s and owner’s schedules to ready and deliver the home a week earlier than provided for in the Purchase Agreement. We’re a small company, and while it’s true we’re in the field (and not at our desks) managing construction and performing quality control the majority of the workday, particularly during busy season, we do have mechanisms in-place to ensure timely response to client contacts. We do our best to explain those processes when we deliver each home. We’re hoping we’ll have the opportunity to demonstrate the level of service we committed to. Our owner will be reaching out personally to continue the conversation. We recognize that sometimes personalities just don’t mesh well, however we must take exception to Mr. ********* characterization of our sales team, for whom we routinely receive high praise. Just this past Monday we delivered a home to clients who made it a point to express their sincere appreciation for our sales manager’s helpfulness, noting: ”He was so easy to work with” and “He always made time for us…”

Stay Away!!!! This builder acts like they care but are like thieves in the night and take your money and run. My wife and I purchased a home and were given their Warranty, what a joke. They slip in the cheapest products where most people wouldn’t think to look. An example, we were in the house for less than a week and the toilets started to clog and overflow. When we contacted Zach L***, he came out on multiple occasions with a plumber to unclog but told us the toilets were fine. We had to call multiple times for the same issue, even the plumber stated that we needed to upgrade to get a functioning toilet. Patrick and Zach L*** wouldn’t even cover the cost of the 4 new toilets. Next it was the air conditioning and they never responded to our messages and we again had to pay out of our pocket. We had more issues and Our agent tried to reach out to Jason the sales agent but with no response again. We ended up selling this house in less than a year because we think we had a lemon, A “Lemon” of a Builder

We regret that Mr. and Mrs. ****** chose to handle their concerns in this manner. They purchased a home that had been used as a model home for approximately three years prior to their purchase. During the time it served as a model, we did not experience the problems they described with the toilets, despite daily use by clients, our sales, and construction, teams. We recognize some clients coming from older homes, built before the federal government mandated the installation of water saving toilets, may have difficulty adjusting to the differing performance of the newer water-saving models. We do our best to educate them about expected differences. The model of toilet we install as standard has performed well in hundreds installations over a number of years. Even though the toilets originally installed were verified to be performing within normal specification, we assisted Mr. and Mrs. ******  in having upgraded units of their choosing installed at cost. Apparently that was still not enough to satisfy them. Further, a review of the home’s service record found no request related to the air-conditioning, which would have been covered under the home warranty. We regret not having been afforded the opportunity to assist in securing appropriate service. It should be noted that, according to a public records review, the ******* sold the home, at what appears to be a substantial profit, after living in it for less than one year. We believe that speaks for itself and strongly supports the overall value of the home we built!
