On 3/25/2023 I had needed brake work completed at a local Midas for $1,361.99. I chose Midas because of the $40 per axle rebate offer. I have sent information regarding invoice #0169699, estimate #0291328 for the $80 rebate check online and via the US mail. A Midas email notes " This request was closed and merged into request #275045 "Invoice 0169699" and Your request (275043) has been updated." So far the only response I get is via email that they are working on it.

On the back of the rebate form it states "If prepaid card not received after 10 weeks, call ###-###-####." We performed the repairs on 3/25. The clock starts ticking on the 10 weeks once the rebate center receives customers mail in request. Customer is welcomed to contact the rebate center directly at ###-###-####.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because: 10 weeks is ridiculous and awful customer service. Any and all excuses are their version of customer service.
