STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I hired this company in Sept 2021. They asked for 1/2 of the money for a deposit. They gave me over 15 dates that they would be out to do work, never showed up and always had an excuse Covid, supplies, weather, hurt themselves, no helpers and the list goes on and on. They even said they would bring flashlights and work in dark. They dug up over 21 holes in my yard and left them open for months. I have 2 small grandchildren and 2 dogs that I had to walk on a leash in their backyard for fear of them falling in the holes and injuring themselves. I was required to have the project done in a certain time by HOA and Rod and **** could care less about what would happen to me if this job was not completed on time, I was fortunate to get an extension from my HOA as they were aware of my issues with contractor. After months of me calling and texting Rod and **** along with attorney fees and a call to the local television company, they came out in January of 2022 and brought the wrong fence and then tried to convince me that's what I ordered. After days of arguing and more attorney calls, they brought out a fence that was given to them from a friend (so they say) and installed the fence. To this day I never received the warranty information for fence, or any type of paperwork. They billed me for $2000.00 the day after I paid the **** in full and said I owed that for the mistake on fence size, that they measured and purchased. Then proceeded to send me threatening texts about putting a lien against my house for not paying the extra money. If you are using them now, check your contract very close as its not written correctly, and do not give them any more money and I wish you luck on the completion of your project .
