      On 10/16/22 I ordered scroll saw blades from Lesley's Patterns and paid for my purchase, I received an invoice via email confirming my purchase and a subsequent email informing me that my order had shipped and that shipping would take 5-10 business days. "USPS First Class Mail - Retail: 5-10 business days (tracking number, upon request only)" When I didn't receive the order, I sent an email to Lesley's Patterns on 10/28/22 and again on 11/1/22, but got no response. Later on 11/1/22 I requested tracking information, but got no response. They have not responded to my phone message.

      I placed order on 11/1/22 for blades from Lesley's Patterns. The Order was # 115301. It is still not received. I have emailed them twice and phoned twice. They did not answer the phone and their mailbox was full. The site said expect 5 - 10 days. It has been 16 days. I want the blades or a refund. I was charged $26.95. *** ****

      I placed an online order with this company on 04/24/2022 for the amount of $140.45. The order number was #******, and was for scroll saw blades and scroll saw pattern books. I received an Email Confirmation notice from them soon after placing the order, then received an Email from them the following day (04/25/2022) stating the order was shipping via UPS Ground. The payment for the order was made with my credit card, and my credit card was charged for the amount of $140.45 paid to them on 04/26/2022. It has been nearly a full 2 months and still have not received my order. I have Emailed them several times stating I had not received my order, and requesting them to verify the order had actually been shipped. I have received absolutely no response from them, nor has the payment charge been credited back to my credit card.

      I am so sorry! I hadn't received your emails! We have had trouble with my emails going to spam for some reason with a recent update they did. I haven't worked out all the bugs.

      That being said, we will reship. New tracking number will be ********************** (usps).

      Ordered 1 gross of #3modified geometry scroll saw blades. Gross #3 Pegas Modified Geometry 90.438B GPMG-#3. $36.00 plus tax. I received a Gross #1 Pegas Modified Geometry 90.438B GMG-#1 I have contacted Lesley several times ,was told the correct blades were sent and her husband was in the hospital and when she get home she would check on the status of the order and get back to me. Well that did not happen. Now there is never a response to any email. I would like the correct blades or a refund. If a refund she can send me a prepaid return label and I will return the wrong blades.

      I ordered a quantity of blades on 1/17/22 and my credit card was charged 1/17. On 1/28, i called business to get an update on my order, no answer recording suggested that I text or email. I did both same day asking for an update on my order. No returned text or email. I called on 2/1/22 and left a voicemail asking for an update on my order. No returned call, email or text No other options but to dispute this charge with my credit card company..

However, it looks like I may have entered the incorrect address (transposed numbers). It is back to us and we will Priority Mail it to you today. I am so sorry for this human error. I am truly disappointed in a "business" such as this that continues to make excuses as to why an order was not filled. Not sure what took place, but you should be forthright and just offer a credit.Furthermore you should not be conducting business of any type.

      I ordered scroll saw blades Jan 10th. I received an email the next day stating it would ship within 24 hours. Money was taken from my credit card. I never heard anything about the packaging shipping or a tracking number so I waited past the 7 to 10 business days and politely asked if they had an update and/or a tracking number. I waited 6 more days and still no response. After looking at more reviews on google and complaints filed here this seems to be a common issue. All I want is to receive the order I paid for. I understand with covid there are often longer than normal shipping delays but not responding to a customer is completely unacceptable.

It was a but delayed due to me being in quarantine from having had covid. But it has since shipped and is in route to you. There are two people listed in that business if they could not ship a simple email statimg sick we can't ship at this time.       Date of transaction - 11/26/2021 Purchase total - $57.85 I purchased 3 sets of scroll saw blades and a woodworker pattern from this company. I only received 2 sets of blades and no pattern. I have made multiple attempts to contact the company. Via email with no response back and phone with no return calls. The blade set was 11.95 and the pattern was 9.00. I want a refund of 20.95 plus shipping expenses.
