I ordered a Motiv Venom Recoil 14 pound bowling ball from Bowlerstore.com for $126.95. They removed the order, but did not reimburse the money. I left a voice-mail for them on 1/10/22, and haven't received a call back. If they are unable to fulfill my order (#XXXXXX). I would like a full refund.Initial Complaint

Hello I purchased 2 pair of bowling shoes from the Company on 12/30/21 and at that time when I purchase the shoes I was promised a pair of: Dexter Mens Pro Am II Bowling Shoes- Left Handed and a pair of LInds Classic Men Black Bowling Shoes- Left Handed also with each pair of shoes a pair of shoe slider and a pair of shoe protector and have not received that at all. First they said they would come within 1 to 3 days, but then when I received my order information it said it would receive everything on jan 6th. So January 6 got here and they pair that got shipped by UPS said it arrived, but it didn't and I was told that they would check with the local hub of UPS and that was on the 6th, but the shipper never told me he was shipping each pair of shoes from a different location and also that 1 pair would be shipped UPS and the other would be shipped USPS.. So I never received any information from the Shipper or the Local UPS and I finally received my package of shoes today by USPS which is the Dexter, but it missing the shoe sliders and the shoe protectors and I still have not received anything from UPS and when I try to call UPS they tell me I have to call the shipper and I can't reach the shipper at all on the phone or on the website by chat or anything and here I am stuck with a lot of lost money and no one will talk to me or take my phone calls
