Incredibly rude management—-assuming you could ever find them in office or contact them by phone. (Voice mailbox is always full, and phone is rarely answered.) Maintenance is nonexistent. Some neighbors are noisy, parking where they shouldn’t be, working on cars, trash everywhere…and some even urinating outdoors. Have witnessed drug sales.Review from Brenda E.

I would give this a -10 rating. Been here for over 12 years and now they changed how to find out what we owe on line versus mailing us a break down of what we owe. Elderly people who don't have access to internet to find out what they owe. Heaven forbid if you need to call and ask what you owe Manager ******** one of the rudest unprofessional and intimidating person I have ever seen. Oh the manager wants tenants to pay online and pay extra for processing. Attorney **************** has been contacted along with Commerce due to street lights not working, drainage issues, grass not being cut. This is worst ever, now our trash is going on two weeks not being picked up. We pay for trash pickupReview from Ab P

The new manager is operating 3 parks. We were notified of a way to pay and access our rent on a website which charges an extra % for using your credit/bank card. Some people have issues with the website. I've lived here 3 years because I needed somewhere quick and cheap but because I didn't know about getting an inspection before buying the trailer I've been sinking money into the said trailer never having enough to put back to find somewhere else. I was reviewing my original lease with a lawyer and there are constant contradictions. Plus a paragraph stating that they're not liable to follow department of health codes. That it all falls on the owner/******. Plus there's a place that says we have to keep everything in order plus make sure our family/friends/pets don't break something because we'll have to pay for it but then the maintenance man will do something that causes damage and they're trying to pin it on the residents.Review from Nancy T

This is absurd we don't know what we owe so you have to call to find out. Used to get a card in the mail showing you water usage now rely on what they tell you. 3 street lamps on back road haven't worked for over 5 years pitch black on that road. Can never get a manager or anything fixed. This park has gone down hill and gets worse with time. Plus side I can afford to live here.
