      Have spent over two hours over two days to return a fuel pump. The online return does not work! Nobody answers the phone after a ONE hour wait! Was disconnected from CHAT after a ONE hour wait! This companys sole purpose is ti scam customers. They are crooks one and all! Stay away from ECS Tuning!

      Order# *********** Expected Ship Date Jul 30, 2024 I purchased some parts on July 10, 2024, and was told I would receive them on July 30, 2024. Parts never came and kept getting pushed back so I canceled the order & never got my money back. I called and could never get a human being on the phone.This place is a scam and keeps your money.

      I ordered a brake kit for an **** from this company. The order was originally placed on 9/28. I received an email a day later stating that they "may have" only shipped half the order. next day came and sure enough that was the case. I called and was interrogated by one of the customer service **** because he did not believe that I only received half the order, after one hour of questioning, measuring and weighing parts, pics of the parts I received he finally relented and admitted the mistake. I was promised a credit on the freight I paid and a free next day shipment to get the other half of the order, this was Thursday now 10/3. Order did not arrive on 10/4 as promised and when I called back I was told "the shipping warehouse forgot to ship it" so another next day shipment was promised for Saturday. Well it did not arrive again. I was them promised it would arrive on Monday and it did not. I was also told that the credit for the original freight was never issued and that "they forgot" it is now Tuesday and I still have no parts and no resolution. This has been my worst online shopping experience ever.

      I get a new to me car, and I went to ECS Tuning to get a quote on an oil change kit for it. They provided it and I ordered it. It shows up in about a week. I went to install the oil filter, it turns out to be the wrong one. I began chat with ***** and when she hears I need to return, she disconnected the chat. I went through the Return ONLINE Process, and while it is convenient, it doesn't give an option for "Hey, us company made a mistake and we're sorry. We'll pay for your return shipping." Instead, they automatically decrease the refund amount by what the label costs. I pay $24.** on return shipping of a $27.** part that THEY told me I needed. Ending up with a $3.** refund. No thank you, I'll find my parts elsewhere in the future.

      THIS IS COPIED TEXT FROM ECS TUNING employee *** I would like to know why I was not contacted directly or indirectly, phone call or email or anything as to my order would be delayed 180 days from the last conformation email of a shipment date. I was told on the phone a email was sent to me and it wasn't, although i did get an email reading it would be shipped on Sept 4 2024. I waited 15 days for my item to be shipped on Sept 4 already with a customers car, after your company put through a fraud triggering $0.14 charge on my credit card which took me 20 minutes to unlock my credit card from a suspicious amount which $0.14 is obviously, nor does it read anywhere on your order conformation page that you would do and then have the lack of correspondence to say. We can try to get your "oil filter" in 180 days?I had to call you directly and find out where my order was?

      BEWARE OF THE LIFETIME WARRANTY/REPLACEMENT!it isnt a full replacement you still have to pay 75% of what the value is, plus tax and shipping its a huge scam! they robbed me of $200 plus shipping when they promised they would replace the item if I bought a new one DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE IN ANY WAY THEY LIED AND HERE I AM IN THE **** FOR $1000 for the same crappy product!!!edit: they make it sound like it is a 100% replacement however it is not! they even lie to you on the phone saying u will get reimbursed back to your credit card at the end u will only get 50% or less what the value is in store credit!!! DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!!! its a huge SCAM!EDIT: they are refusing to honor the fact that I was given the wrong information about their program I called in originally with an cast issue with my wheels and the rep said to go ahead purchase a new set and they would refund it back to my credit card once the original wheels are returned. Ive been lied to by them several times at this point to a point they keep contradicting themselves over and over. BEWARE THIS COMPANY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND RUN!

      Advertise Rennstand **** stand (not cheap) in stock back in 11/2023. Made an order purchase for 4 Rennstand and was charged before these items were shipped. Kept getting the shipping date changed. I tried contacting by email but just received an automated mail saying they will get back to me asap. Fast forward to mid April 2024, I no longer need these stands. Let's say cancelling and getting the refund was not an easy process.

      So I was recommended to this site to get some coolant for my car. Not only was it late, but when I received the product it was in a huge barrel with a s**** on it. I asked my friend had this ever happened and he said no. So I opened it, surrounded by wood chips or something of that nature. It was in a bag with a zip tie. Okay. I open it and the product was not only half empty, but there was a huge gash on the side of it!! There was also towels under it too as if they knew it was leaking!!! Horrible first time using it! Never will if thats how they gonna send their products.

      Placed an order for a small part, the part was lost in the mail and ECS would not file a claim with **** or refund the lost item amount, total parts and shipping and tax was less than *****, it would cost them very little time and money to do the right thing. First and last time ordering VW parts here.
