I purchased a vehicle from Medina Wholesale LLC on 5/3/23. I was led to believe that this vehicle was safe and had one specific issue that they knew about and were committed to resolving quickly. I provided a substantial down payment and followed their direction as to taking the vehicle to their "mechanic". They provided the truck and told me it was set to drive until their mechanic contacted me. The neglected to provide the 45 day tags. I contacted them to correct the problem. Their mechanic set up an appt. and I supplied the truck. (Check engine light). I dropped the truck off on 5/14/23. on 5/22, I still did not have a running truck and could not find anyone through phone contact at the dealership. I sent an email. On 5/23, I got a call from a miscellaneous person saying that mu truck was on a flat bed truck and was being transported elsewhere since the last mechanic "did not know what he was doing". I was not happy with this response. This will be almost a month that this vehicle has been in their care and even they were not confident in the first mechanic. 5/26, the truck is delivered to my driveway. There were conversations with the individuals from the company that were less than professional. The mechanic stated that the truck had new fuel rails, module and fuel pump. Next day upon inspection, I found that the truck was now missing the fuel panel cover with wires exposed. On 5/30, I drove the truck for 20 minutes, it sat for a few hours and when I turned the truck on again, the engine light reappeared. At this point, I have lost faith in the companies ability to fix this truck and find this truck to be hazardous and unsafe for my family. The fuse panel alone could cause a short and fire. The fuel rails could also cause a fire. This truck has become unsafe in the last month that it has been in their care.

Purchased a truck in October of 2022. Was told explicitly that the truck was perfectly fine by sales manager ****. I brought the truck back the same day as buying it, about 2 hours later due to a large oil leak. They did not take care of the issue and I had to pay to get it fixed. The fuel pump was also bad and leaking large amounts of fuel, which is a massive fire hazard so I had to get that fixed as well. Immediately after buying the truck. The mechanic then pointed out that the frame is completely rotted and the truck is not safe for myself or others to drive. Now the truck has a check engine light that has been on for months which I can’t get fixed because the OBD port to scan the code is bad, which will cost thousands to fix alone. This all caused the vehicle not to pass ***** emissions standard and the truck can’t be registered. I paid 9,000 dollars and put another 2000 dollars into a truck that I not only can’t legally drive, but even if I could it Is highly unsafe to do so. This also means I can’t sell the truck, so I am stuck with it. They explicitly told me the truck was perfectly fine and would pass emissions checks. I was blatantly mislead and lied to in order to force the sale of the vehicle.
