I would like to dispute these claims against Bottom Dollar Trading Cards. I made an original purchase of One Piece: Romance Dawn Booster Case for $800.00 USD on 06/15/2022. This purchase was made as a pre order where the product would ship out and be delivered at a later date. However, the Merchant informed me that the product was allocated and did not have full inventory at promised ship date. They offered refunds or to just wait as they expected more deliveries soon. Time goes by but no substantial updates or information was given in regards to product. Eventually, I requested my order to be cancelled and refunded. As of 03/25/2023, I have not received any form of refund or money back into my account via Paypal or Bank. Multiple posts and testimonies from other customers about the Merchant’s shady business practices have come to light. Other customers have also not received their refunds for their cancelled orders. Calling the physical store has been received with no answer. Multiple emails have not seen replies even after a few business days. The original merchant website is no longer available, it was taken down with no warning or notification.
