I have tried contacting him for over 6 months regarding a title to a trailer that his client is supposed to be producing i have left messages on answering machine I have emailed I would like to get trailer weatherization and unable to do so. I do not know who else to contact!Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 8, 2022/01/28) */ Contact Name and Title: ************* Contact Phone: ********** Contact Email: *********************@gmail.com This is rather complex. I represented ************************* in his claim that ********* did not pay for a mobile home located in Wauseon, Ohio. To resolve this case, *********** and ********* agreed to a promissory note and security agreement. I will try to get these documents to you. ********* failed to timely pay on the note, and a small claims complaint was filed by me on behalf of ***********. ********* requested a payoff balance, and I computed what I believe to be the payoff balance on the note. ***********, however, believed that more was due to him from *********. Since ********* met the sum I had communicated as needed, I dismissed the small claims case and sent to *********** how I computed the amount due. I have not heard from him since. I did try to reach *********** when ********* initially contacted me, but without success. I would also note that *********** speaks only Spanish and I do not speak Spanish. Also, *********** has had some number of individuals contact me "on his behalf," but none have provided me with a power of attorney or anything else I can rely upon. Prior to small claims I had taken a check up that my sister had written in notes was paid in full would not accept check so check was destroyed...I have been try to contact ********** FOR IVER A TEAR WITH NO RESPONSE A little common courtesy. Prior to small claims I had taken a check up that my sister had written in notes was paid in full would not accept check so check was destroyed...I have been try to contact Mr. ****** FOR IVER A TEAR WITH NO RESPONSE A little common courtesy. As Mr.****** comes up with all documentation it will show that I have paid above and beyond what was due
