An order for stone with the above listed company was place back in July 2022, we have been waiting months to receive this product and to date have not received, there last promise was today, and it has not occurred. We build Mavis Tire stores, and we have a turnover date to them for Friday December 3, 2022. Please review the email chain we have gone back and forth with this management team with nothing, but false promises and we are now facing liquidated damages because of this issue that we cannot resolve. This complaint needs to be filed, addressed, and a negative report needs to be placed against this company for failure to comply with their own policies and procedures.Business response

As with all issues, there are two sides to the story. This customer has 'added' a number of quantities to their original order due to issues beyond our control, such as the wrong quantities being ordered originally and product being damaged on their job site. While we were able to expedite the original request for additional material, the ongoing additions had to fall into our regular schedule which the customer didn't like. It is unfortunate, but we can not always accommodate an expedited delivery request.Customer response

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ** ********* and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, reasons for rejection are included below.We are still waiting for additional materials, and all of my emails indicate there was NO urgency from this company to complete the orders placed and they have verbally admitted this was their fault.

We must agree to disagree. While we will agree there were delays in the original shipment of product due to multiple issues/joint causation, we are doing all in our power to process the additional orders and replacement for product damaged on the job. We are sorry the customer does not think it is a priority for us, it is, but these add orders must work there way through the process.
