      We're a screen printing company that needed to contract out some sublimated wrestling singlets for a local club. Through our **** membership we found out Ryco Sportswear is a contractor for sublimated gear. The company we typically use had delays and Ryco said their turnaround would be 3-4 weeks. Ryco received and confirmed our work order and artwork on Dec. 12th. No proof, invoice or in-hands date was sent to us. With the holidays we were expecting these to be here early January (at the soonest) and mid-January (at the latest). We followed up on Dec. 27th and wanted to ensure we didn't miss an email containing a proof, invoice or request for payment. No reply from Ryco. Another follow-up email was sent on January 5th. I understand things get crazy throughout the holidays. Ryco responded January 11th and said he'd reach out to the factory he uses for an update. Ryco is a middle-man and does not decorate these in-house. I understand that. Most sublimated garments are done overseas. I sent an email on Jan 17th, and then another on Jan. 25th simply asking for an update. Ryco did not respond until Feb. 9th. We received an invoice and sent the check out the same day (Feb 9th). He said he should receive the singlets next week (week of Feb. 12th) and ship them to us (2-4 business day ship). On March 1st we still have not received anything and sent another email asking if they have shipped. Our check was cashed March 5th. Today is March 13th and we still haven't heard back, received our order or been given tracking information. The wrestling season is already over for the club we were getting them for. A 3-week turnaround has turned into over a 3+ month turnaround. Even though the singlets were discounted I wouldn't use this company again if the next 5 orders were free. The club was planning to order more, but now I'm in a predicament where I have 0% faith Ryco can deliver on their word, or even respond or let their clients know about delays.

      We utilized this company for our club wrestling team gear. The company, Ryco Sportswear, put together an online store for our wrestling club, and then closed the store for us on December 2nd, as agreed to. At the time we were informed by Brennan R*** of Ryco Sportswear that it would be approximately a 3 week turnaround before our gear was delivered. After the 3 week timeframe was up, our wrestling club began to reach out to the company to find out when the order would ship. We reached out multiple times via multiple channels (phone, email, etc) with no response. We did finally receive an email response on January 11th from the company where they stated they had some our items but were still waiting on additional items. We again tried to reach out via phone and email to discuss the matter at hand. We did ask via email that the company rush ship what items were available so we could distribute to our club and/or refund our parents for their order that wasn't received. We have not received any response. It is now 8 weeks from when the online gear store closed. We continue to not receive any response. At this point our wrestling club parents are out hundreds to thousands of dollars for wrestling attire that they paid for online but never received from the company.

      We have had some production delays with our factory overseas.  About half of the stuff that was ordered is now in and completed and will be shipping out on Monday to the coach.  The rest should now be following shortly in my next shipment from the factory.   I have been personally been out of pocket and off work for a couple weeks with a torn Achilles surgery after an injury suffered recently, so am just getting back in to start catching up on correspondence.
