Along with the front desk not making me aware of any parvo out breaks until 30 mins into my visit of sitting in the waiting room. Dr erin r***** did not tell me there was a risk of allergic reaction to my dog after administering vaccines. One up the nose and one in the hind leg. Then when i had to go back an hour later after finding this out at home, i am having to ask the techs to hurry because my dogs throat is swelling. Then after i make a complaint about how expensive it would be because i didnt wanna come another 200 dollars out of pocket for the mistake that they had made. There was a tech who had a daughter working underneath her who took me in the room to talk about pricing and what the situation was and to talk about vaccines she was a blonde tech, i told her id rather my dog not be vaccinated then have to deal with this again from the inflammation, the pain of the shots and the rapid increase and decrease of swelling in her nose and face. Then when i get back to the table the tech calls me rude and condescending after administering a painful shot to my dogs rear and giving her the shot up the nose. Then when i say i wish i wouldve been told so i didnt have to comeback, she says i was rude and condesending the whole time and in the morning when i didnt even speak to anyone my whole visit. i then asked the woman who was in the room with me if i was rude and thats when i find out the tech is her mother, who thens tells the tech not to answer me to which i respond thats a grown women you cant tell her not to say and say, she then replies of course i can thats my daughter and then i say i dont care then she says while shoving my dog towards me get your ******* dog and get the **** out, i called her a old miserable * after she had cussed at me and then followed me to the front to tell the clerk to call the police on me if i did anything then i told her to just go to the back to which she swears at me i swear back and then the clerk calls the cops then i waited.
