(See PDF for more details) Kasey’s Outdoor Services has not fulfilled contracted work. Mr. ********’s company has left both unfinished & unsatisfactory work. 7/14/2021 – I contacted Mr. ******** to prepare & seed my lawn in the fall of 2021. I approved his quote on 10/7/21, as he never came out July-Sept. to discuss plans for seeding my lawn. He never came out in the fall of 2021 to do the work we agreed upon. 11/9/22 - Mr. ******** agreed to “prep soil, grade, install topsoil,” & “do the seed work” in a winter planting. This was never completed. May 2022 - One employee came out & started to excavate & spread topsoil. After a few days, no one showed up to work. 6/3/22 - He responded that rain put them behind schedule. I told him the rain had washed away the topsoil spread in May. June 2022 - Two employees prep & seed the yard. 6/6/22 - Workers finished seeding & sprayed “Hydroseed”. Heavy rain was forecasted that day & the two men were still out “hydroseeding” while it was pouring rain. I sent Mr. ******** pictures of my yard showing that the hydroseed foam had washed away. 6/6/22 - Mr. ******** stated via text: “Ok, I will get this taken care of one way or another.” 6/11/22 - I texted for an update. He stated, “I want to see what grows & fix it accordingly from there.” 8/9/22 - ******** sent a man to fix the lawn. He said he will “over seed” the yard & put fertilizer pellets & I would see results in 1 ½ to 2 weeks. He & Mr. ******** returned late afternoon to do the work. 8/24/22 - I texted him as I have no sign of growth like his worker told me I would have. 8/28/22 - I emailed Mr. ******** after receiving a debt collection notice. I stated that I would pay him immediately if he deleted the “hydroseed” cost ($5,040) on the contract. I requested this since his workers finished it up while it was raining & it washed away. This work was never redone. I still have spots where gravel was never covered with dirt or seed. He has not responded as of 9/3/22.

We were contracted on 08/07/2021 to Spray weeds, regrade the soil, rock hound to remove rocks, and prep for seed. With the schedule we had in October of 2021 - we were delayed to Spring of 2022. Soil prep was completed on
04/28/2022. Our first load of soil was delivered for grading on 04/29/2022. The second load was delivered 5/2 and graded 5/4. With weather and some health issues that unexpectedly came up - we slice seeded on 06/05/2022 and followed
up on 06/06/2022 to do the Hydroseeding. I spoke with ****s Mother on Saturday, June 4th and let her know the job would be completed no later then Tuesday, June 7th. They were okay with the timing. After completion of job on June 6th
at 5:20PM - It began to rain. Rain, is to be considered an Act of God and is something we have no control over. Our grass seeding program DOES NOT come with a warranty, as we can not control the weather. **** elected to water the turf
instead of hiring us to. This caused the lawn to not germinate adequately. Even after the rain fall on 6/6/2022, the grass seed was still buried in the soil from slicing it in to the earth. On 8/11/2022, we agreed to the ******** family to core •
aerate the lawn and we would reseed with a very heavy amount of seed with Less Seed Starter 4. We applied 500lbs of seed to Appx 35,000 SQ Ft which is 14LB per 1,000 sq ft, when typically you only use 7LB per 1,000. After doing so, we
instructed **** with very important instructions on how to properly water his turf. Making multiple trips to inspect the lawn, it was never watered nearly enough. We have not had enough rain for the turf to grow. I have preached over and over
if proper watering is applied, the lawn would grow. We tried to remediate the problem, but the customer did not fulfill their duties.

The photos provided by Mr. ******** show just how dry the ground is & that a lack of water is the main cause for seed to not germinate. As far as us performing the work in the rain - that is a lie. Again, when I spoke to ****s Mother on Saturday 06/04/2022 I told her the job would be completed no later then 06/07. We completed the job on 06/06. Rain was not in the forecast. In fact - in the photos I provided, you can see DRY CONCRETE. Let me put it this way - If you go to a car dealership, purchase a car and drive out on the road, and you get hit - do you go back to the dealership and demand a new car? No. They would happily sell you another car! At this point, just pay me $5000 to cover my cost of material, and we part our separate ways.
