Paid full price for a graphics card in May of 2021, got put in a waiting queue but it only moved once. When asking for a refund they offered to exchange the value for other product, after agreeing that would work I never heard back and haven't been able to get a hold since.

It's been 20 months. A product was shipped with half the components and promised the other half when they had the product (This was 17 months ago). I have been blocked on their social media and they will not respond to emails or calls. They claim I have received the product, they conducted a shady business deal where the invoice is labeled as a custom order without describing what the products would be (even though I talked over the phone before ordering and selected what I wanted). Took ***** USD from me but only have ***** to show for it. Incredibly disappointed and unable to do a chargeback due to the time-lapse. But that is my fault for having good faith in the business as the owner seemed like a reasonable person.

Ordered a GPU in Jan of 2021 and waited till October of the same year to request a refund as I know the market was tights. Now the market has available product and I still have not received my refund after waiting 8 months

I preordered a graphics card knowing that Id be on a long waiting list. I waited patiently while watching live streams on ******* and twitch which they went live while shipping out products. I waited from December til may and I got it. I told a friend of mine about og and he bought a prebuilt and got it a few weeks later. I wish I knew that would be faster I would have same. We are both happy and gaming daily. Anyone else complaining is impatient when it was noted upfront that wait times varied sorry they are doing such a good company like this. He sold us products at msrp when everyone less was doubling and tripling the price of graphic cards.

We ordered a GPU in 2021 & we got updates, but no GPU. Now thaqt we are asking for our money back, they are no longer processing refunds or responding. Do not use this company.

I ordered a graphics card on 11/30/2020 and it has yet to arrive. Not only that, but I have attempted to start the refund process on multiple occasions through the process they described to no response. In fact, I have never gotten a response from them any of the times I have reached out. I would highly recommend anyone considering doing business to reconsider and go with a more reputable company.

I ordered a *** RX **** XT graphics card from OG10kTech aka William D Taylor Sr, on November 25, 2020, and still, one year and one month after I haven't received the item I paid for."Customer service" replies once a month to just tell me that they don't have the item in stock and "you may apply your funds to any other card in stock or continue to wait."They offered me to exchange the item for another item "similar in performance" but what they offered is not similar is lower in value. I even reached out to exchange the item for another one of the items they offered, but I haven't heard from them yet since Dec 16, 2021... Today's date is Jan 13, 2022.They don't care about their clients, William D Taylor makes "content" on twitch and ******* by mailing orders of people that have been waiting for months, and those who purchased early like me, when prices were cheaper are just hanging because he wants all of us to cancel and request a refund because that is cheaper for him than giving us what we paid for.I'm still waiting for a graphics card, a piece of technology that today is 1 year old.

My business partner and I entered into 2 separate contracts with OG10kTech aka William D Taylor Sr Inc.8/27/21 for 100 3080tis and 9/20/21 for 139 3080tis.Totaling $471,861.00 We agreed to trade 11 of our better cards for 11 3080tis to keep it simple on the build of the rigs. Simple it has not been. In our contract (see attached documents) both 7.) ..in stock, and 8.) shipped within 10 business days.We are still missing cards. In fact, we were told in November 2021 from William, some of our cards are being mined currently at his facility without the revenue coming to us.To date - the start of our cards that were received, improperly and cheaply put together on rigs was 10/20/21 and it was only a few. William D Taylor had to hire an outside source to finish his job (thats still not complete to this day)(and who he has failed to pay!). Still - to date 1/5/22 we are 35 3080tis short and half of cards are not working.William D Taylor doesnt care about his clients or future business. He is a fraudster, done time in federal prison (its a good read - ****** it) and seems he still hasnt learned his ******* Now hes moved to wire fraud.My business partner and I are in the hole $75,000 and as of 1/3/21 he blocked both of our phone numbers. His phone rings fine when we call from other phones. He hasnt delivered cards to another groupie know in ***** as well, and always has an excuse for why it hasnt happened.Stay far away from this man unless you want to be the next victim, furthermore now hes getting investigated by the ****
