It was a pleasure to work with ****** and his crew. He is very responsive and informative. Follow-up was very timely and everything was explained about the process throughout. Kudos to ****** for being on site to check in daily throughout the project and even sending someone out at the end to make sure everything was cleaned up. Very, very nice work!

MCL Concrete did a fantastic job, both in workmanship and in managing the project and keeping us informed. We were lucky enough to get bumped up on the schedule, and every step was laid out clearly, from start to finish. ****** and his crew were very prompt and professional. Any questions we had were promptly answered. Even though there were some weather delays, they were always clear in their scheduling and what would happen next and when. We were so impressed, living on a cul-de-sac, and knowing a party was occurring, we asked MCL to put a sign on our property! 5 stars for sure.

I strongly recommend MCL Concrete. The communication between myself and one of the owners, ******, was top notch. I always knew when they were going to come, which can be tricky given the weather. They also went out of their way to make sure I was satisfied. I was actually a little disappointed with their first attempt on my driveway. It rained a little that day which I believe messed up their routine. They concurred it was not their best work and agreed to tear it up and start over. Communications were strong as we discussed ways to improve how the driveway would be poured the second go around. That included the slope of the driveway and the direction of the lines (contraction joints). They nailed it on the second pouring, I am happy with my new driveway. MCL's customer service was outstanding, A+.

Our recently completed project included a new concrete driveway, replacement of the walkway to the front door of our home,new concrete stairs from the garage into the house as well as replacement of several sidewalk panels. Rafael professionalism was obvious from day 1 with his prompt response to my inquiry for an estimate to the completion of the project. After reviewing what the project entailed he provided a detailed and complete estimate for the project as well timely notice was provided prior to the start of the project. From the start I was highly impressed with Rafael and MCL, his desire to deliver the highest quality job were demonstrated by his recommendations to the project that greatly enhanced the final outcome as well as helped manage costs in a positive way. The MCL installation team were extremely professional as well as hard working, they worked together as a unified team with an eye for detail to ensure the final outcome was of the highest quality. It was obvious that each team member took great pride in their work. Upon completion of the project Rafael made sure to review the appropriate timelines in regards to walking and driving on our new driveway as well as ongoing care both verbally and in writing which I felt was very important as I was not aware of a few. It all started with a call to Rafael for an estimate to rip out my existing blacktop driveway, sidewalk and patio steps and replace with concrete. Rafael was on time for our scheduled appointment and went over all aspects of the project. He provided me with a very competitive quote and project timeline. I signed up and a few weeks later I had one of, if not the best contractor experiences of my lifetime. Crew was on time, worked hard, and paid attention to all of details. Rafael ran point from start to finish never missing a call, text, and he held his crew accountable. I hired MCL in March and had to wait until late May to get on their schedule they are so busy. It was worth the wait! They did a fantastic job on my driveway.
