I ordered a mouse from Max Gaming and spent $139 before taxes and shipping. I checked the status of my order on the 16th of May and it said delivered. However, it said north Las Vegas and a different zip code so I went to the USPS office. There they showed me in their system it was signed for and whoever signed it was at the address **** *** **** *****. I asked why it was sent there and they said it was addressed to that location. I then headed over to that location and it was an ****** fulfillment center where I was immediately told by security they don’t accept packages and to check **** **** ********* **** another ****** location. Same story no mouse there for me. I contacted Max Gaming and they said “it’s delivered” and left it at that. I want a refund or a replacement sent but they have refused to respond to me after that initial response. I am being ignored and it’s extremely frustrating because it wasn’t a cheap purchase and they refuse to fix their mistake.Business response

Max Gaming Technologies, LCC. does not sell mice or any other computer accessories or hardware. I believe this complaint has been directed to the wrong company. The Max Gaming company I believe this complaint should be directed to is ****************
