      I was in the *********** headquarters store twice in two weeks. On my second stop, an employee asked the woman NEXT to me if she was over 60, as she would qualify for a 15% discount. I stated, IM over 60!. I checked out the frozen options (which I ended up buying a case of), and was told to shut the freezer door. It had been open all of about 5 seconds. When I checked out, I assumed I would be given the discount, having stated that I am, indeed, a senior. My bill was over $70. Upon returning home, I checked the receipt. No discount. I decided to get the rest of my Halloween treats from C Kreugers, where I was greeted with handshakes and introductions, an automatic discount, two free cookies and the door being held open as I left. The experience at ********** was far superior to that at Cheryls, and I will shop there going forward.

      Placed an order to be delivered as a birthday gift. Two days later there was still no shipping confirmation available so I emailed their customer service. When I didnt receive a response to my email, I called their customer service the next day only to be informed that the cookies I ordered were no longer available. There was zero communication from the company about my order needing to be canceled or better yet, asking if I would like to order something else. This was my first and last time ordering from this company. I do not recommend them at all.

      Huge disappointment, ordered 192 for a nonprofit event to be delivered on Sept 19, looked up the order to see where it was in the shipment and saw it hadn't shipped on the 18th. I called spoke to Jove, she said the cookies would be there by the 19th. On the 19th I called back, spoke to ****** and was told cookies would be there that day. I asked for ***** tracking number, was placed on hold, was then told there wasn't a number because they weren't shipped and nothing I could do until that evening after expected delivery date. On the evening of the 19th I chatted with Rey, and was informed the cookies would not be delivered in time for the event and nothing could be done. He did credit my account the $160 but that didn't help the organization that was counting on the cookies. I feel like they had time to make this right and chose to do nothing except lie to me. I terrible business model. I had placed 20 orders with them over the course of a year and will no longer be doing business with them.

      The worst experience. Ordered cookies for a wedding. Did not notify me they were now @unavailabke. Changed the delivery date to 6 months after the wedding - soonest available. **************** kept repeating no longer available. No empathy. Terrible business practices. Very very disappointed. Will tell everyone I know not to use this company.

      I recently ordered close to $400 worth of cookies from Cheryl's cookies. They were client gifts for Valentines Day. Placed the order, even paid for expedited shipping. The day they were supposed to be delivered, I noticed I still did not have a tracking number. So, I went to their website and attempted to chat with a live agent. The first "live agent" was a robot and could not answer any of my questions. I kept typing "representative" and the system finally put me through with a live agent. The live agent pulled my order up and told me to give her a few minutes so she could check on the order. After about three minutes, I received a message that the "agent had disconnected the call". Ok, so I try again. Same song and dance, kept having to type "representative" to finally get through to a live agent. Had to explain the entire situation again and the agent put me on hold while he "researched". After about 5 minutes, he returned to tell me, "unfortunately, the order you placed is currently out of stock". What? I placed an order online, received a confirmation number and date of delivery, and you tell me they are out of stock and can not send the items I ordered? That is ridiculous! I was promised I would receive a return call, but four days later, I have not heard a word from this company. Buyer beware! This put me in a total bind.

      I ordered 3 separate musical happy birthday tins with confetti cake inside. While I paid for specific day delivery for each and the first was delivered on the day specified, IT WAS NOT THE RIGHT PRODUCT! my confirmation emails all say the above information was purchased with a picture which was correct, the delivery email has the same photo of what I ordered but says 12 cupcakes next to the photo of the tin I ordered!! I was never told they were out of stock or asked if I wanted another product and in fact what I ordered was on the website still yesterday when I looked! This is not a legit company. I just wasted $180 to surprise my team with something special on their birthday and who knows what the other 2 will get!!

      I ordered a tower of cookies from Cheryl’s for a friend’s 60th Birthday and it was never received! I chatted with an associate the day it was to be delivered and was told it would be delivered by 9:00 pm but was never delivered as promised! I paid extra for delivery and still was not delivered! They gave me a full refund but the disappointment cannot be compensated!! I have been a celebratory member for many years I will not be joining again!!

      In checking the tracking it appears the gift was delivered on 1/18.  We are very sorry for the delay and we have been receiving many updates from our Fed Ex carriers that due to weather impacts across much of the country it has significantly impacted their operations especially with expedited deliveries such as yours and they are doing their best to catch up.  Again, we apologize that your gift was delivered late and hope you will accept that we did refund to try and compensate for an unfortunate situation.Thank you,

      We love your cookies so much we ordered some for our friends and family. The friends received their’s on time. Our sons however, are still waiting. They were to be delivered between December 17 and December 20, 2023. One son received his on the 27th, our other son is still waiting. While the product is amazing, we are not at all happy. This was our first and I’m sure last time ordering from Cheryl. Do not like being this way, but they had plenty of time to deliver. When my wife called, the response she got was,” they stay fresh forever”. Not the response she was hoping for.

      I used to order from Cheryl’s a lot in the past. My husband loves their sugar cookies, so I ordered him some. I received notification that my order had shipped on 12/17. It’s now 12/21 and my cookies are still sitting at FedEx in Grove City, OH. When I contacted the company about this, I was told they would arrive on 12/26. So they are giving us old, stale cookies by that point. When I sent an email to customer service stating that the cookies would be stale by the time they arrive, I received an email telling me this: “At Cheryl's we work hard to provide great products and award-winning customer service to our customers. We are glad to hear that you are happy with the company and really appreciate that you took time out of your day to let us know! Thank you!!” Clearly nobody read the email. Now I am going to have to dispute the charges with my credit card company since these cookies won’t be any good by the time they arrive.

      I am very sorry your email was not responded to properly. In looking at the order it did ship on 12/17 and arrived on 12/24. The original delivery date was 12/26 on the order so it arrived 2 days prior to the requested delivery date.       Won't be purchasing from these guys again. I placed an order over a week ago, one to be delivered this week, and one next. The one was delivered this week, but the other was cancelled because they were out of stock. Customer service told me there was no other option but to refund my money, which turns out to be inaccurate. My issue is that if you cannot reserve the product for future deliveries, you should expressly state that so I don't waste my time. Customer service was unhelpful both times I contacted them and now I am stuck a week before Christmas, scrambling to purchase another set of presents (though obviously not from them.) Keep clear of these folks. They have shady business practices and their customer service is AWFUL!

      Katrina, I am very sorry for your experience and you should have been offered an alternate product if the original item was no longer available. We try very hard to not get into these situations where we run out of product. I'm sorry a refund was the only option you were given. I hope you can accept our apology.
