Owner named ***** failed to meet appts to measure for countertops 2 days in a row. I wrote a 1 star review on his website. He replied that I had the wrong company and it was not him. He began to text me very hostile and threatening comments from a 2nd company phone as though this was not actually him. He threatening to *** me for my TRUTHFUL REVIEW. He sent another employee named ***** to my house to also try to intimidate me into removing the review. ***** came into my house yelling at me that I could not get any accurate measurements from him or *****. This was totally irrational, hostile and unprofessional. Please check the review on his website. ***** called ***** and told ***** not to do any measurements at my house and to leave my house. ***** was in the middle, but did tell me what ***** was up to and was using a 2nd company phone number to text me these threatening comments. I advise ***** via text that I was going to report his behavior to BBB and **** Attorney General ******************* on Monday.

I am very sorry you feel this way. We had an appointment at 5:30 pm Thursday April 28 for me to measure your countertops and backsplash. I pulled onto your street at 5:30 and realized had been given an incorrect address so I immediately called you to get the correct address. My call was forwarded and an automated response of I'm sorry I'm on a call was sent to me. I replied back with my name and reason for my call and an explanation of my call and informed you I was on your street and needed help finding your house. I wasn't replied to for 25 minutes, so I left to make my next appointment. You then responded and asked to reschedule, and I asked if it could be another day. I then asked my employee ***** that after I gave him his paycheck at 5:00 pm to stop by your house and do the measurements. You had texted me at 4:58 pm and asked for my eta and my reply was I'm wrapping up a job. Within the next hour you became very disgruntled and even threatening. When ***** arrived to your house, he even was nice enough to inform you that giving a countertop and cabinet company a deposit before they even measured your countertops and cabinets was not good practice by a company and that if you had us measure your countertops and cabinets would be a waste of your money because the company you gave a deposit to should be doing your measurements before requiring a deposit. Within the time period of me responding to your texts and ***** showing up you even accused me of not working for the company I own because I called you from my personal cell phone number. ***** then called me from his phone and felt extremely threatened. Then you proceeded to curse at me while he was still on the phone. I have never been treated by anyone like this. I've tried to be as professional as possible and maintain a courteous attitude. I have now been in contact with my lawyer and plan to pursue my legal rights. Your last text to me was "why the silence this is just getting fun." We value our customers very much and will continue to do so and we will continue to deliver our 5 star services to all of our new and existing customers. I am truly sorry you feel the way you do about the situation and I wish you the best of luck with your kitchen projects.
