DevCare Solutions recruiters keep on spamming me about positions. I am retired, over 65 and not looking for work. All of DevCare's spam does not include an opt-out link as required under United States law, the CAN-SPAM Act of 2003, so their spam is in violation of United States law. I have repeatedly told DevCare to remove me from their company's database and unsubscribe me from receiving any future emails from their company. DevCare management has told me that they will do this, but 10 days later (05/15/20203) and I am still being spammed by their recruiters, many of whom are located in India. If this continues, then I will file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission.

I got a call from DevCare today 10/26/2022. They told me they had a job offer for me. I gave them my resume. Fake job. I called to speak to someone else that I was not longer interested. They wouldn't put me on a do not call list. They kept calling and texting me. I told them to stop calling me. They wouldn't. So I keep blocking them. They need to stop calling me.

Team, I am glad you shared this with us.  After reviewing this and researching the issue, this is what I have found:

-This is hands down 100% a real job.  We have been in business over 17 years and have never had someone say our jobs are fake.  The State of Ohio has us as a Prime Vendor of theirs and we have been number one of those for the last several years.  We have around 20 State level clients and we do business in over 30 States.  Nothing we offer is fake.  The recruiter of ours who was working with ****** had English as a second language.  He is from India so I understand where the concern was for ******.  We do have ****** on a DNC list as per his request.  The recruiter explained they have seized and desist any communication with this candidate and we have already filled the position with someone more qualified.  The reality of this situation is, there are over 350 approved vendors that work with the State.  ****** has certain attributes on his resume that stand out.  He is receiving calls from these 350 other vendors and yes for the same position.  I think he is confused by saying all of our recruiters keep calling him because once he made contact with his recruiter ****, no one else in the company should even be communicating with him.  I have verified this amongst out recruiting team.  I apologize for the confusion and have ensured ****** is on our DNC list.  Thanks.

I need that I won't be called again in writing. I have received calls from two or more recruiters about the same job.

This is all in writing.  I am confused as to why this is a back and forth.  My company just wanted to help you.  You don't want us calling, we wont call.  You accused us of posting a fake job, that is slander.  Nothing we share is fake.  We are a legit company and that is why we have so many State Level clients.  We do not appreciate the attacks.  I understand you are frustrated about the calls.  I have informed the concerned party that he is on the DNC (Do Not Call) list and that we will not be contacting him.  Again, there are over 400 prime vendors that get these positions.  Our company is just 1.  I cannot help these other companies calling.  If your resume is on Indeed or Monster, there are thousands of companies who have access to it and will call you when you have matching skills.  My company WILL NOT call you again.  There is nothing else I can do to satisfy this complainant.

I have been receiving phone calls and emails from Devcare employees for jobs that are not even relevant to me. I do not want a job in it and they keep emailing and calling me from random numbers even though I've called their main office five times to tell them to put me on the do not contact list. I have recently blocked five or six people from Devcare that keep contacting me about IT jobs. I'm not in IT. I spoke to employees directly this past month at the main office who claim they put me on their Do Not Call list and I still get calls and emails. I am considering legal action since I am already on the national Do Not Call Registry and actively informed them of this in writing. They have solicited me by phone and email over 50 times over the past year. This is potentially over $10,000 in enforceable damages. I will pursue litigation because I did not give them permission to continue to contact me and this is a direct violation of my rights in regards to the Do Not Call Registry. Stop contacting me.

I have been getting harassed by DevCare Solutions for over a year from random email addresses and they keep calling me even though I have repeatedly told them not to call me.I recently spoke to two lawyers about their DevCare Solutions investigations and potential Class Action Lawsuit. I have the emails I received from DevCare Solutions and have been getting calls from their phone number ###-###-####. I am also on the Do Not Call list since 2020 and have attached the information for that too. Calls started on July 2021. The most recent call was June 2023. I have received between 10 and 20 calls in total. They kept asking me if I was interested in employment as an IT specialist. They said they represented the City of Cleveland and other employers in my area. They kept asking for my personal information specifically my address, social security number, DOB, employment history, and other identifying information. When I asked them if I could speak to the employer directly they said I had to give them my information. I still couldn't verify who they were or how they got my number. But I asked for them to take me off their call list, they kept calling me. I also kept telling them I was on the Do Not Call registry list. Between July 2021 and June 2023 I have received between 10 and 20 calls from the same ###-###-#### number.I filed a complaint with the Ohio Attorney General's Office in June 2023. I also filed a BBB complaint about the calls and emails in June 2023. I cited that I was on the Do Not Call list and the owner stop contacting me by email. The most recent email was August 2023.The people that work at Devcare Solutions are not American citizens and are contacting me from foreign countries and random email addresses. They aren't adhering to employment laws and are misrepresenting themselves as legitimate businesses so that they can manipulate me into giving them my personal information and employment information. They need to not contacting me at all. I unsubscribed.

No further contact by the business; Send me a letter in writing that confirms that you will never contact me again and that I am permanently unsubscribed from your contact list and won't be contact again by phone, email, or any other method at all otherwise.

DevCare is a recruiting company out of Columbus, Ohio. They keep calling me about a specific job, Help Desk at Cleveland Public School System. I have told them repeatedly that I am not interested, but they continue to call me for over a year. I have asked to speak with a manager, but get hung up on. I am to be placed on a DNC list, but I get hung up on and they continue to call me. I cannot find contact information for them. I just want them to stop, but given their business practices I am nearly ready for litigation.
