I filled a claim with the company on 3/25/24 and till today I dont get any response from the company after submitting all the information and documents and they stop answering their phones or responding to my emails and my agent emails asking to inform us with the update so I feel I screwed up without making a clearance on the claim with a non excuse response 3 weeks ago that they have internet issues thats is so frustrating while I paid for the policy for 5 years in a row so please I need someone from the higher management reach me ThanksBusiness response

Thank you for your inquiry on behalf of our insured ***************************. ****************** was requesting assistance on contact and having his claim move forward.
We have been in contact with Mr. ******** agent multiple times over the past few weeks. The investigation of Mr. ******** claim required the involvement of an engineer. We are currently waiting on the engineers report which we are hoping to have back this week. We spoke with ****************** last week and explained that we are still awaiting the engineers report and that we need the engineers report for us to evaluate this claim. We also confirmed that ****************** received our previously sent written communications outlining the status of his claim. ***************** confirmed he understood the status of his claim and has no further questions.
