I ordered a NEW 350R Diablo. I received a refurbished. After confronting HLG, they lied and said they sent a new light in a old box. After confronting HLG on the output and efficiency they changed the description on website. When I purchased the light the description was very different on website. They are a very dishonest company. They delete one star reviews.Business response

Now that we have the order number from the purchase and the correct name of the purchaser ***** *******.
We would like to move forward with a return for a refund.
A return label will be sent again to Mr. ******** email , once the 350r is returned to our warehouse we will be happy to return the remaining amount of $432.65 back his card.
We have tried to work with the customer to no avail and would like to refund and return the order at this point.
The new return label has already been sent to the customer.

I am rejecting this response because: I do not trust HLG to do what they say. The only way they can make this right is by sending me what I ordered . A brand new 350R Diablo. HLG lied to me on description of light. See attachments. HLG has lied to me many times after . So no, I definitely do not except HLGs response. HLG isn't trying to make this right, they are just trying to make it go away. HLG wronged me, point blank.

Bait and switch sales. Selling items that have new specifications listed but giving customers older items with inferior specifications. Called to ask about getting the correct item sent to me, HLG let me know I only received a bad manual. Lies. Tested the specs myself and they match the box, not the website description.Business response

HLG upsold me on a grow light stating in writing that it contained new technology (LM301H EVO). When I received the product, the manual and packaging listed older components(LM301H) and had no mention of the new "EVO" components. They are requesting a 10% restocking fee plus shipping for return of the unused product.Business response
