AccuPos sends regular emails trying to solicit us to buy their POS system. This is not something our small town business model needs. They do it from a "donotreply" email address. The unsubscribe button (which we have never subscribed in the first place) does not do anything other then open a new window in chrome or internet explorer. This leaves no way to be removed from their unwanted / unsolicited spam emails. We would like our domain to be permanently removed from their email lists as the weekly spam is a little much.Business response

I purchased the AccuPOS system back in December of 2020 including a physical computer and the software/subscription service. I was quite happy with the look of the physical product, but after three months of working with technical support staff at AccuPOS, we realized that the AccuPOS software was not compatible with my Sage50 accounting program, although everyone at AccuPOS believed it was while we were trying to set the system up. I asked for a refund for these items, as the whole experience had not seen any benefit to my business whatsoever. On April 12th, Brenda M****** at AccuPOS told me to ship the physical product to 450 South State St., Westerville, Ohio, 43081 and that the contents would be inspected to determine a refund. She asked for the tracking number fo rthe shipment; she was to watch for it so that " this process can be as smotth as possible". The parcel was delivered on April 23rd, 2021, at a cost of $116.28 CAD to me. **************************************************************************************** I requested a refund for the following, all paid with my MasterCard: $479 USD as per invoice No. **** for point of sale software, point of sale host serial no. *************** AccuPOS host monthly software service, platinum club membership, monthly plan, station license, AccuLINK monthly software service and AccuCOUNT monthly software service billed and paid on December 11th, 2020. $1400 USD as per quote No. ********* for all-in-one touch screen android desktop computer with built in printer paid December 29th 2020. $94 USD monthly billing January 1st 2021 (I received an invoice for this montly fee before I even had received the computer to use it on!) $94 USD monthly billing February 1st 2021 $94 USD monthly billing March 1st, 2021 For a total of $2,161 USD I am running out of room here, but have scanned everything in my file and included it in the supporting documents.
