The On3 turbo kit I ordered does not fit my car. The charge pipes will not fit with the stock bumper, (like on3 claims) and I can't even have a front left blinker and run their turbo kit. I emailed ****** at on3 and he admitted that the kit was not made for my car but an 08 mustang gt, mine is a 2010. I purchased the kit and had to specifically check that my car is a 2010 model. ****** responded stating that i should take it to a local shop and have the kit customized to fit my car. I purchased the kit based on their claim it was a bolt on kit for my year car, and they messed up and expect me to pay to get the kit right. I told him that's not right and offered other solutions and he stopped messaging me. This is false advertisement and is against the law. I want a refund since they are not going to make it right. I sent ****** photos and I have emails to support what I'm saying here.Business response

See photo references: this is from mustang week maybe 2011 or 12, one of our first 2010 customers. Any capable shop or mechanically inclined person can install on the 2010 model. This is a perfect example and why we have sold it for the 2010's since I believe around 2011

I am rejecting this response because: The kit is not for this car. It was NOT made for a 2010. Yes, anyone can in fact turn lemons into lemonade but when you purchase something from a company that planned states its for your car and you recieve it and it's not, that's a problem. You can show as many pictures as you wish, the kit you sent me does NOT fit properly/safely. ****** PLAINLY stated it was designed around a 2008, if you know mustangs, which it's becoming apparent you do not that body style is COMPLETELY different than a 2010. Also, ****** said the kit could be taken to a shop to be modified??? Lol. What type if reputable company puts it off on the customer to fix there mistakes?? I'm not letting this go until its made right. I will take all necessary steps. I invested over $3000 with On3.

****** doesnt own the company nor work with R&D, I own the company and designed the kit myself. Im showing you the photos of the very first car done and its a 2010. This was not done custom for this one customer. The kit clearly works and you are seeing it first hand. Its not even an argument.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because: The kit does not fit. When you have a car in YOUR possession with unlimited resources for r&d, ofcourse YOU can make it fit. I had to remove over half of my front bumper cover to even get the intercooler anywhere close to fitting. I've attached pictures showing you that there clearly IS an argument that it doesn't NOT fit. I can't use a right blinker, had to remove most of the front bumper cover, the Iontercooler brackets you sent were useless and DO NOT FIT A 2010 CAR PAL. Buy your self an 05-09 then a 2010 car and get actual try to install the kit. The radiator supports are 100% different. I'm not sure why your lying here or if your even checking to to if your kits work. As far as ****** goes, he works for you and represents your company. Nothing he has said is invalid or can be ignored. Your just avoiding making it right for me. Icing on the cake here is YOU also shorted me the vaccum options I paid extra for and the boost gauge was junk out of the box and didn't work. Your remedy was for me to pay to ship the old one back and pay to have a new one shipped to me, I could put that $ toward an actual brand name gauge.I think you need to focus on quality and customer service. You must be new to owning a business and supporting customer's. Not once have you offered a solution or shown concern for my complaints. I expect money back. You need to understand I do in I fact have issues with this kit due to manufacturer negligence. This is not a personal attack on you or your business so take a deep breath and offer a solution. Do you think that it just may be possible that someone shipped the wrong kit to me?? Not everyone that complains is out to "get you" or get something for nothing.Trust me, I don't like having to take my time dealing with this no more than you do. Please make it right.
