I had a contract with Ground Works Land Design for about $19,000.00 and paid them $15,450.00 to get scheduled for a project at my Mother (who is in her seventies) home. From the first day their Team arrived I emailed the Project Manager with everything that was done incorrectly. He assured me it will be taken care of and wait for the project to be completed. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but each day I emailed the Project Manager stating they are not doing what is stated in the contract. The Project Manager and a Vice President came out on my demand and I showed them several issues and they assured me they would be corrected. The issues were not corrected. I sent multiple emails to the Project Manager and no response. I reached out to the Owner and sent him pictures of the issues and asked for his thoughts. No response from the Owner on the pictures. I called the BBB to ask if pictures can be attached to this review and unfortunately the answer is no. I wish everyone could see the pictures to assist in making a decision about why they should not ever use this company. I fired them and told them no one from their company is permitted on the property ever again. I sent an email to the Owner asking for a full refund and he responded with have your Attorney contact my Attorney. I am in the process of hiring another company to do what should have been done in the first place based on the contract. Hopefully this review will prevent another person from going through the horrible experience we had with Ground Works Land Design. Thank you for taking the time to read this review!

David, we're incredibly sorry that this relationship turned sour, particularly because you were so pleased with our professionalism and services at the start of the project. Our Project Manager and Vice President went above and beyond the project's scope of work to satisfy you. We take great pride in our industry knowledge and the work we perform, yet you continued to tell us that we were doing everything incorrectly. Please also be aware that the lack of communication occurred only because you threatened your attorney on us which forced us to protect ourselves legally. All direction we've received from our legal team is to stop communication with David. We realize that we can't make everyone happy but this unfortunate client interaction is an unfair and unjust projection of who we are at Ground Works Land Design.
