It's a 2009 Honda car for my dad and my brother would pay for it. The transfer was made for $5,000. But the moment the air conditioning was turned on, it was verified that the windshield glass was broken from end to end. The owner tells me that he cannot do anything because he does not force any customer to buy a car. Although he knew that the windshield was broken, he states that he cannot say the bad things that the car has, that is why one checks it. And in conclusion, he tells me that he is not going to return any money to me until he sells that car. Although we never signed any sales document. Not only did I see the broken windshield, I told him that I no longer wanted that car, at least that the windshield would fit, that's why I don't have a purchase receipt, but I have the Zelle transfers. I didn't just roll it in it's still on the lot. I never took it off the lot. He knew the windshield was broken and he tried to trick me. I don't want that car anymore. I say this because yesterday the man was in cleveland at a car auction with my money buying other cars and now he wants me to wait until he can sell that car to return my local money I think it is unfair. Immediately after the transfer was made, I told him to return my money. he told me to go the next day and I already have three days on that. I don't like problems but enough these people deceive me
