02/02/2024 Friday address ** ********* ******* **** ***** Wyattworks came to do routine line inspection with camera footage while they were putting the snake in the underground exterior pipe they tangled the snake into ua huge knot below ground inside the pipe by the cleanout access - the company was called and Wyattworks sent out a second crew - this crew "*** th Man" cut the snake and left the pipe totally blocked - the company was called again - without resolve - ********** said they would call us monday 2/05/2024 - they have not - so Now the preventive measure of checking the sewer line - have now become any emergency problem for us with a MAJOR BLOCKAGE OF SEWAGE
