Bought a $5000 golf cart for business purposes. No warranty. Website said 90day warranty comes with vehicle. Will not run longer than 10 minutes at a time. Shuts off. have to reset and wait 10-15min. Took it back once same problem. Can't run a business like that. Asked for extended warranty after it didn't run right. Refused. Have doubts now if the cart was new.Business response

To Whom it may concern,
We Main Stream Auto Sales LLC sold ****** ******* ** a brand new 2024 NWOW Wow 1200 on July 15th, 2024. It was $3,799 plus tax, title and fees. We sold it as-is with no warranty. The day that my driver delivered this cart to his house it was in perfect condition upon unloading it ******* son or grandson jumped on it and ran it straight over the curb, my driver witnessed it. A few days later he called saying something was going on with the brakes and the steering wheel was making a strange noise. We agreed to look at it for him free of charge under the condition of him bringing it to us. So, we checked it over, bled/readjusted the brakes and re-aligned the steering. Everything was squared away. He was also offered an extended warranty on the day of purchase,and he refused, the warranty company that we go through requires it to be purchased at the time of sale and he wasnt interested. We have a paper with his signature refusing it.Customer response

For one my Grandson should not have been driving this cart off the truck. That is not suppose to be. The delivery driver should have taken the cart off the truck.Initial Complaint

I bought a 2005 dodge Durango for $3,250 I believe on Saturday January 7th of 2024 they said nothing was wrong with it but when I went to put gas in it there is a air bubble in the gas line the front driver caliber is seized the caliber top mount bolt is broken off they did not clean it out like they said they did the inside of the tail light assembly is broken the dash cover is half off the right tail light was blown there’s a slight death wobble when you press the brake.Initial Complaint

I bought a car here for **** paid cash. I took the car to a mechanic. The car is not drivable and needs a major repair thats almost *****. I want my money back or Im going to hire an attorney and file a lawsuit!Business response

Good morning from main stream auto sales we are sorry to here your having issues the car you purchased was as is through are dealership we offered you a warranty twice you refused it stated it was a cash car any and all repairs if needed if something would happen you would repair yourself you didn't need a warranty again because it's a cash car are warranties are only ****** for 3 months and ****** for 6 months you choose to not buy one we are sorry your experiencing issues but with used vehicles things happen time to time that's why we incourage are customers to purchase the warranty .
