      You will be able to see from the photos attached, it was not worth this amount of money. The job was not done completely or properly. ***** arrived and went about his business as usual. Got right into cleaning. My wife and I even came out to discuss getting our Audi A7 detailed completely and on to a yearly package. He went back to work on the Navigator. When the job was completed, the outside looked good at first appearance. But as we looked at the car, the mink oil treatment for the leather seats was uneven and not completed on all seats, the interior of the doors was not completed properly and uneven in the treatment application, the engine compartment had not been touched as there was still pine needles sitting on our engine and you can see from the pictures that were the hood closes wasn’t cleaned at all. Not even wiped down. The back of our car had not been washed as pointed out by our 8yo. The area around our hitch cover still had the same dirt on it as before he started cleaning, the windshield had streaks and smears, the inside fender wells were not cleaned, the under side of the car was not pressure washed, the seals were not treated and I would highly doubt the “ceramic coating” was put on. In fact, I sent a picture to the Lincoln dealer at how poorly their detail job was, and one of the photos was of the charging port cubby next to the driver. It was in the exact same condition when ***** left. We do not mind spending money to have things done for us. But we do expect things to be done properly. When I text ***** about the condition of the vehicle he called me, and immediately was making excuses about the engine and underside of car being “extras” and that he could come wipe down the spots he missed.

      We are going to keep our reply about Mr. **** ******** short and to the point. Mr. ******** was fully aware of the price for his vehicle. Mr. ******** was provided the price via phone when called to confirm his appointment request. His remark via phone to our sales specialists was “I purchased this vehicle as a demo certified new vehicle from the dealership. I am very unhappy with this dealership I bought it from. They never cleaned it upon delivery and they will be paying for it” Our specialists covered our yearly package prices for autos via phone with Mr. ********. Mr. ******** stated he only wanted a onetime service since the dealership is paying for the cost to detail. Price of $899.99 was given via phone and not $599.99. (please see signed and approved invoice after services and job was covered by our specialist.  Mr. ******** approved this service with NONE of these issues or complaints until days later) Mr. ******** is providing pricing for a yearly discounted price for an XL SUV and not for a XXL SUV (which is his vehicles size). This vehicle is twice the size of the XL SUV. Plus Mr. ******** only wanted a onetime service which does not receive the extra discount for yearly discounted package plans as noted on our website and specialists via phone. This is just ONE of the several false and untrue statements Mr. ******** made. We won’t go into detail with every false statement Mr. **** ******** has made in his posts and emails. What we will tell you is the dealership also reported to us that Mr. ******** is causing them the same grief trying to extort money from them. This is very disappointing there are people out there like this that try to take advantage of businesses. Attention businesses be VERY cautious performing ANY services for Mr. Mike ******** from Powell Ohio. Note: Mr. **** ******** pictures submitted are days later. Many pictures shown are the underside of vehicle, hinges and other areas not within areas detailed and or covered within this package.
      Mr. **** ******** has been very Unreasonable and untruthful about this whole situation.

      I am rejecting this response because: 

      As you can see on the receipts attached, he states all of the items were completed. From the pictures previously attached and each line item addressed below, he has not performed the services charged for under the receipt he supplied. Additionally, he has now gone so far as to forge my signature on an invoice that was only provided to me as a detailed receipt for a car dealership. I never signed the invoice nor did I email it, or fax it back to him.  

      Wash with wax-formulated soap

      Not sure if done, but could not have been done properly if wash was not done properly

      ??? Not Sure – Don’t believe so since there is still a leather smell freshener under the drivers seat

      Do not think this was done as the seats are leather and assume you used different cleaner and treatment on them. Seats did not have the mink oil treatment evenly applied

      Clean windows inside & out
      Windshield was not done well. You can see wiper marks still on the window and smears in other areas

      Pressure wash engine compartment area removing leaves, debris, etc*
      Not done at all, still have pine needles and dirt in engine compartment. Does not appear the hood was even raised.

      Clean and touch up vinyl with vinyl touch specialized cleaner & treat to protect and prolong

      Not Done properly, Hitch cover is plastic and it was not even washed properly

      It appears to us the hood of the car was not even raised

      He is welcome to refund the money or fix it. 

      And none of these pictures are of the under side of the car. Each picture is labled and I have the Digital File Information for each photograph if required for when and where the picture was taken. I can also provide the Emails and Text Messages for Kevin, if his memory has slipped.

      When reviewing the complete filing and responses.  Our company and or our associate have never changed, added or altered their responses like Mr. **** ******** has.  You can see this in all the attached emails, social media responses and proof of harassment.  As noted from the beginning and saved on file.  If Mr. **** ******** was SO unhappy with his services.  Why did he not only pay for the services rendered during that visit but also set up a regular detailing service with same associate that detailed his vehicle. (Yet Mr. **** ******** states to belittle this associate in this most current response) Then Mr. **** ******** contacts us days later with a full email of several items he said we missed, which included even not washing the vehicle? (see list attached) Then the list and additions just kept escalating from there when Mr. **** ******** didn’t receive a full refund from us.  The issues go on and on from there and this harassment yet continues.  If this was a norm for our business and or our associates.  We would have not been in the business for 30+ years and our associate which detailed Mr. Mike ********’s vehicle as well.  Unfortunately for every business there is always that one customer that you are not going to make happy no matter what.  This is the case here. At Speedy K’s we are going to continue to always offer great service to our new and continued customers.

      I am rejecting this response because: The claims and accusations in the response are not accurate. The issue here is the failure to perform the services outlined in the complaint. The evidence provided in the complaint show the lack of services being performed. Each photo is date and time stamped with location in the Photo RAW Data and his response and accusations to when and where the photos are taken are false. He was asked to come fix the issues and complete his paid for services. His attitude and blame was shirked. His opportunity to offer to come and "wipe down the car" was denied. We asked for all services we paid for to be completed. That has not been done. The company failure to respond to Ohio Attorney General and now the Better Business Bureau has been nothing short of concerning for a company in the customer service industry. Engaging in any calls to a dealership representative and any exchange of any information regarding our purchase would be a blatant violation of our privacy laws. The replication of my signature was unauthorized. 

       

      Due to the fact we have not been able to resolve this matter without legal means, we filed a lawsuit against Speedy K's and ***** Schatz this morning in Delaware County Municipal Court.
