I placed an order for candles to be delivered to Evergreen Colorado in October, the candles have still not been delivered but the company charged my credit card. I have attempted to email them and the email comes back as undeliverable, I have tried to call the number, a recording of number no longer in existence comes up. The website address does not work and upon a google search it states 'permanently closed.' Yet, they took my money. This is very poor business given they are allegedly a non-profit business.Initial Complaint

I placed an order (Order confirmation ****** #24008) on November 2nd for $50.65 and have not received any shipping updates. When I emailed the contact address for the company, my email bounced back.Initial Complaint

I placed an order for $86.80 on 10/22/21. See below an email confirming that purchase. I was charged to my bank account but have received no further communication from the company regarding my order. I have attempted all forms of communication including calls, emails, and Facebook and Instagram messages with absolutely no responses. Below is proof of this communication and a bounced back email to the address I was given to contact the CEO BY the company itself. I am absolutely livid and disappointed and simply have been trying to reach out for a refund. Absolutely unacceptable.
