On 5/9/2024 I purchased 23 lots from an estate auction run by 8 Memory Lane. The auction workers were terribly disorganized and did a very minimal job listing what was included in the lots. They told me I had everything and sent me on my way. Before I got home, they called and told me I accidentally got some extra items, they told me to take. I told them they were welcome to pick the items up, which said they would do. As we were unloading our purchases, I noticed we were missing a lot I paid $42.44 for. I contacted them and was told they would drop the lot off when they picked up the items. The auction worker made plans to come several times, but never came. I finally asked what happened and was told she was to busy to come and my items were gone. I asked for a refund a couple of times with no response. I contacted ***************************, the owner who apologized and said they would send a check that Friday. It never came. I waited a couple of weeks and contacted him again. He again apologized and said he would send the check the next week. He never sent it. Since then he has not responded to of my messages.Business response

They sent a check, that was post dated a little after a week after they said they sent it, for the third time.
