I operate a bar that specializes in craft cocktails especially ones made with gin. We have depended on this business for sodas, tonics and low alcoholic product for 5 - 6 yrs. We place our orders a day or 2 days prior to delivery, with a firmly established delivery window of 3hrs. Although we expect there to be problems occasionally, this company has proven time and time again to be unable to make the correct orders, to make deliveries on time, in some cases make the delivery at all. We have asked to be contacted if there is a delay and this doesn't happen. There's always the same line of excuses, never any offer to compensate for the money paid to have staff wait around for nothing or the extensive loss of business and bad reputation we gain from being unable to provide the services we offer our guests. Not to mention the constant switching to alternative products if we are at least able to. This company has the sole right to wholesale many products that my bar has depended on, in order to stand out and be competitive. The poor service experienced has been so common that it is expected and almost feels deliberate. A common thing that we have been told is that the company is 'consolidating' or going through some updates that are going to "really help," stop these problems. I've heard this for years. I'm tired of losing money and having my time, that i will never get back, carelessly robbed from me.Business response
