In Jan of 2022 I purchased a package of Granitestone pots and pans. Quickly I registered for the warranty. Immediately after I started using the product, I noticed that the items did stain, scratch and stick. Not like advertisements of non stain, scratch and stick. In May 2022 I reached out to Granitestone to inform them of my issue with the product and stated to either provide a refund or replacements. It’s now July and I keep getting the emails that they will advise when it’s shipped. However, it’s been 2 months and I’ve had to but other products due to their lack of processing my refund or replacement. I cannot get a response of when I will receive my refund or product and need some assistance with this process. The company is very uncooperative with processing my warranty.Initial Complaint

Deposit of $7,885.65 provided to Pure Granite and Stone on 9/21/21. Anticipation for cabinets and complete kitchen for restoration from fire on 6/18/21. Original expectation was 4 weeks for cabinets from the owner. She requested deposit which was provided by USB to Pure Granite and Stone directly (due to fire restoration/insurance involvement). Each month was told it was on "back order". I called every 2-3 weeks or emailed to follow up with any progress. My last conversation was with Alex G of Pure Granite and Stone on 2/7/22 and she requested me to call back in one month. I emailed and called on 2/28 with no response. On 3/3/ stopped by their shop to find that it appeared they had closed or moved with no notice on the door. The neighboring business owner shared they had been there sporadically over the past 3 weeks. I spoke with ***** on Friday from Cincinnati BBB. She requested for me to file a report and to upload any documents including a canceled check. I did not have the canceled check and requested from USB and they have provided it. I am able to load the canceled check and the contract I signed with them. I am open to sharing my concern/complaints with anyone who is able to help me or to help others.
