I recently had the displeasure of working with D & B Plumbing Service LLC, a company dispatched by American Home Shield (AHS) to address plumbing issues at my home. I must say that my overall experience with them was highly unsatisfactory. On multiple occasions, D & B Plumbing Service visited my house and claimed that the issues could not be fixed. In one instance, I insisted that AHS send out another plumber for a second opinion. The second company promptly resolved the problem with ease, leaving me to wonder why D & B Plumbing Service was unable to do the same. In another situation, they arrived to fix a leak in my bathtub but were reluctant to repair it. They claimed it could not be repaired properly and did not want to be tied to the job. Left with no choice, I hired another plumber who fixed the problem without any issues or questions. The repair has held up well, further proving that D & B Plumbing Service's concerns were unfounded. It seems that D & B Plumbing Service is content to collect the show-up fee from AHS while failing to provide proper service. They often attempt to convince AHS that the issues cannot be repaired, despite evidence to the contrary. I strongly advise anyone considering D & B Plumbing Service LLC to proceed with caution. There are other, more reliable plumbing companies out there who are willing and able to fix your problems. Don't waste your time and resources on a company that may ultimately leave you disappointed and frustrated.

Horrible customer service…horrible experience with this company. They also told the warranty company that they completed the job, when they hadn’t completed anything! They left us with a bigger problem than we originally started with, & left us hanging. I’m shocked the home warranty company is still utilizing D&B plumbing as a contractor after reading all of these similar reviews.

This place is a nightmare. They were sent to me by my home warranty company which I am now going to cancel. (American Home Shield). My master tiolet and bath were taking turns looking like mt Vesuvious in my bathroom. I was up until 4 am scooping toilet water out of my bathtub so the water would quit going back and forth. In the meantime I am seeing that the ejector pit check valve in my basement has quit working and could be causing the problem. The guy who came to my home overflowed my toilet and ruptured the toilet seal. I already had another seal that needed replaced in another bathroom (He didn't fix that either). He flooded water into my basement ceiling and onto my leather chair below. He did not so much as say he was sorry. Tried to say it was my septic (it wasn't). He then asked me to initial without having done anything that I was happy. I signed because I was alone and afraid as he was a huge guy. DO NOT EVER CALL THESE PEOPLE UNLESS YOU WANT AN EXPENSIVE MESS TO CLEAN UP!

Terrible. Dennis with D&B plumbing was contracted through home warranty company - American Home Shield AHS. Dennis was very short and rude, then misinformed AHS of issue to deny my claim so he didn’t have to do the work. He tried to have me do the repairs for him! Would never recommend this company.
