2/25/22 - Toilet wouldn't flush properly. Snaked drain then replaced wax ring. Invoice #: 37627. $190. Check # ****. 3/4/22 - Toilet leaking around bottom. Installed new flange rebuild kit including new bolts and wax ring. Invoice #: 39844. $150. Check #: 2486 8 days later the first repairs failed. Invoice says labor guarantee of 30 days. Spent a total of $340, plus now we are out $1k toward our home owners because of the water damaged caused by NEITHER of the wax rings being compressed properly, Father in law was present when the attempted repairs made on 3/5/22 as I was out of town, father in law stated when leaking toilet was removed, wax ring had not being seated properly. Picture of 2nd installed wax ring not installed properly attached. Thanked them for their fast service time and being professional while in our home. Repairs didn't hold up and cost us more money then it every should have. Needs to stand by their work. Our house is torn apart getting new flooring ordered and installed. Have had plenty of houses over the years, NEVER cracked a flange. EVER. Seems strange that it failed less then 10 days later. Should have done the repairs myself.Business response

Everything that was stated is true, excepting the part where the wax ring was not compressed. When we returned we found that the pvc flange was broken. We then used a metal repair flange to repair the broken pvc flange. Then we reset the commode, there were no leaks after this. I spoke with owner and he confirmed that there was no leak after the repair. The owner believes it was the wax ring, not the broken flange. The technician that was there gave him options to either cut the ceiling or floor to replace the whole flange.Business response
