I had Fresh Coat Painters paint the exterior of my house in May. Shortly after that the paint started bubbling in multiple spots. In August it peeled off some of those spots completely. Since there is a 1 year warranty on the paint I reached out to the owner Corey. I have left multiple voicemails, texted him, AND emailed him in the last 2 months and he has not responded to any of my attempts to contact him. I am looking for him to fulfill the warranty and fix the paint in the spots that have peeled off.Initial Complaint

Contract was signed to stain deck in 2021. Please see contract copy attached. Stain deck failed 2 days later. Stain started to peel off. Please see picture attached. Contractor promised to remedy the situation. Please see promise letter to re-stain deck attached. Contractor came in May 2022 and washed the deck. Since end of May 2022 I left many messages to schedule to re stain my deck but I get no replies or return messages to schedule promised new stain application.Business response

I received a complaint but have had several communications with the homeowner. He is upset I was not able to complete the project on his timeline. As on 6/20/22 we are on site to complete the re staining of his deck.Customer response

On September 23, 2021, I had an estimate of sanding, priming, and painting my interior of my home. The kitchen was to be primed and painted with 2 coats--all trim (windows, doors, trim etc) Dining room walls were to be primed and painted with 2 coats, upstairs painted with 2 coats for all doorways, window and trim. Nothing was sanded, unless i said something, and even then it was poorly done. No primer was used-claim they used 3 coats of paint instead. Overall they were supposed to begin the job 10/8/21 with a crew of painters to begin at 830a-no one showed up until 10a and it was one person with no paint or crew. Since that mishap it has taken until 11/13/21 to 'complete' the job. I am unhappy with the quality of the work and my basement door does not shut-the company says i need to hire a carpenter to plane the top of the door to fit. They gave me a $174 credit, but never credited it to the account and it is now on my credit report for the full amount. I have reached out to the owner of the franchise in Fairborn twice--no reply. I have texts stating all these issues with the person who did the original bid and he is not answering my texts now. I have emails of the texts between I and the person who set up the job-but cannot upload them here.
