I recently rented a house in **********. I lived there by myself and two small dogs. I moved . To my surprise I didnt get one cent back from my deposit!! they took every cent to the *****! they said that I had all kinds of roaches in the house. sent me a picture of one *****. I did NOT have any roaches when i was living there ! otherwise they would have gotten a call. they charged me ridiculous amounts for replacement items. a couple blinds; one in the living room had to have d a couple blades not the entre thing replaced, that was ****** ! one in the kitchen, which was broke and had paint drops on it, someone also tape a blade together. The ***** issue is the biggest!! they said it cost them ****** because the house was infested with roaches!! I had a dog watcher and people who stayed to watch my dogs when i was out of town; not a sole said anything about roaches!! I lived my entire life and I have never had roaches in any of my homes I have rented or owned!! it ridiculous that they kept the entire deposit!!! to the *****!! they are the worst i have ever encountered!!! Im 64 years old!! I will be contacting the BBB and the state! Im especially upset because i kept the place up ! i left the yard and everything better than I found it!! even cleaned out the gutters because they were full of leaves and water pouring out everywhere. If this is how they handle good renters, I can only image how they will handle anyone else!!

I have photos and invoices, if you would like I can email them over to you. Our intention in to give everyone back their security deposit however when the house isn't let the way we gave it to you we have to pay for the repairs and cleaning. Again I am sorry you are not happy with our decisions.

Slumlord management. They lie and steal from tenants. I have dozens of photos and my unit was spotless. I lost 40% of my security deposit to clean carpet and final clean; both were impossible because the unit was spotless. The manager lied to me on the phone about the conditions of the lease and claimed expenses were my financial responsibility that are illegal under **************. They claimed to have photos but couldnt produce them. The landlady actually blocked me just because I asked a very normal question about how security deposits are sent out. Now theyre hiding because they are unable to produce any documentation to justify their charges. They are forcing me to file a lawsuit in order to expose their unethical and predatory business practices. Luckily I have dozens of photos so I have the evidence to support my case and their fabricated up fees wont stand up in court. Save yourself the hassle and never rent from this management group.

This is very unfortunate he feels this way. I have all the pictures I can send in, my pictures are time stamped. Unfortunately when you leave an apartment dirty I have to charge him so I can pay *******************. I can send over any documentation you will need. I sent over the lease with the highlighted charges. Please let me know what you need so we can get this resolved.
