I would give them 0 stars if I could. Our condo development entered into a contact with them this spring. They've collected a lot of money, but have done virtually nothing except mow a few times. I would NEVER under any circumstances recommend them to anyone. Terrible!Review from Rob L.

JRB just left my place *** I got to say the service was above and beyond my expectations. Extremely professional and courteous. I recommend JRB to anyone needing trees removed. I wont hesitate to have him back in the future.Review from Justin S

Received a quote from **** for a very large job. It took forever to get the contract. When we received the contract there was items missing and he agreed he would correct but kept asking for the deposit. Seemingly pushing the idea he wanted it in cash. Also pushing that we needed to lock this in as prices were rising. I explained to him time was of the essence as we have several other contractors working on site and we were trying to keep everyone moving. Waited a week and no new contract arrived. He apologized for the issue and assured us he would be out the following week to get the deposit and contract. Still no show. Finally 10 days later he texts stating he just got back from vacation. How do you plan to pickup a contract and deposit if your on vacation? Very shady operation. I would steer clear.

We are so sorry you feel this way.. This is nothing of how this happened. This is absolutely sickening and I have threats of your wife saying this would happen. I have everything via text. Im sick to my stomach you actually came up with that in your mind. Your pavers were behind over a month. The estimate was from March/April. Its June! If I was insisting on trying to get the money why would I have never came and got it at any point after you told me you had it? Unbelievable.Review from Frank G.

Sloppy work. Left items in the street, ran over kids toys, left clipping on porch, didn't finish weed whacking in some areas. When I called to have him come out and finish he told me to find someone else to cut my grass. I dont see him being in any business long term. Probably needs to work on a road crew or something where he doesnt have to interact with people.JRB Lawn Care & Landscaping, LLC Response

Thank you for your review. I apologized for your recycling bin being left on the curb that was my fault but no clippings or such were left. Weve been in business for years now and will continue to satisfy customers. We dont move multiple things such as baseball bats, ***** or anything of such each time we cut and ask our clients to do so which is why we will no longer serve you as a client. We understand your upset but we had to reach out in regarding your overdue payment of 1 week plus. Thank you kindly.
