I gave this place one star because I feel like I was way way overpriced when I went in and had work done I don't know if was because I said I'm from out of town but I know this cannot be really the price of an alternator I've been waiting 2 days for someone to call me back from *** I wasn't going to go on this site and make a review but I feel like if I make this review then someone will contact me I feel like I paid too much money for an alternator so I'm waiting on someone to call me to make me understand what I paid this amount of money for I feel like I am old some change lots of it I can't sleep until I find out why I was overcharged for this work that I had done I keep reading my paperwork over and over and of course the paperwork is not breaking it down on what I paid over $1,200 for I need somebody to call me and explain to me what exactly I paid for 2 days has been long enough for someone to get back with me now I feel like I'm being ignored I just want somebody to explain to me what I paid for it that's it that's all the day after my work was done my car is shaking so I called back and asked when I could bring my vehicle back to them and the young man that I spoke with on the phone told me that I had to pay for a diagnostic fee why do I have to pay for another diagnostic fee when I'm telling you it wasn't shaking when I brought it to you I feel like I'm being played and I feel like somebody needs to help me do something about itReview from Liz V

**** is an excellent sales associate very knowledgeable and professional went over the entire car with us and made sure we were completely happy before we left the dealership. ****** In finance was excellent made everything go smoothly and quickly very friendly and helpful and ************** outstanding he goes out of his way to make sure the customer is completely satisfiedReview from Kiley C

They sold us a warranty we didnt need ! And its over 3 months And all we get is the run around from this dealer ship . They have held up our 5k and LIE UPON LIE to keep our money. Do NOT TRUST THIS DEALERSHIP.???????? GO SOMEWHERE Else! PLEASE CHECK YOUR SALES AGREEMENT. THIS WAS A NEW CAR WE DID NOT NEED AN EXTRA WARRANTY OR GAP INSURANCE ********* use Email to send everything they do not send. You have to struggle to get info. I 100% regret buying my SUV there, the interest on the loan is way to high and no one will refinance because its not worth what I paid. Its only worth $6,000 and Im stuck having to end up paying well over $16,000 for it. Cancelled gap insurance on it and Im still being charged for it as the finance company said Im still paying for it, the dealership never cancelled it and they refuse to call back. They lied about how much my monthly payment would be. This purchase was a big mistake. If I could drop it back off at that dealership and walk away I would do so. I will never buy from this dealership ever again and next time I will buy a new car from another dealershipReview from A. B.

Absolutely awful SERVICE DEPARTMENT, Communication etc. I lost so much money and time the past two weeks with them. I went in March to have my car looked at they said they fixed the problem and it was under warranty. I called day in and out when I left and my car kept shutting off they didnt answer or return calls or PUSHED me around to sales or other places to get me off the phone. I then asked for a manager several times couldnt get one. I finally got word that they could get me in thanks to a manager picking up the phone in service. I get my car there and they say its out of warranty now (which is why I feel like they avoided me) they had to file a claim to fix my issues. They then get it approved and tell me I have to help pay for my rental because they have none. I wait for word on my car they call and say they fixed the one problem but not the other because they dont feel safe driving my car because of the brakes yet in the first place they drove it. They said if I pay them to do my brakes theyll finish the car on the claim. My brakes were getting done that Friday but they had my car and I missed my appt. I just wanted my car back and told them to finish the claim and give it back seems like they just wanted more money after wasting all my time, I missed dr ****** extra side job work, along with stressed constantly with no update etc. The women who works in service is rude and isnt reassuring either and its awful when they cant give you answers or answer. I used to love *** when it was TAYLOR ***. Now it seems they dont care about a customer because my cars older. They called me about purchasing a new car and I said no thanks I was in the market for one but not from *** Ganley thats forsure.Ken Ganley Kia Boardman Response

We at *** Ganley understand your frustration, but please keep in mind that when the vehicle was brought in, it was out of both manufacturers and extended warranties. The dealership battled on your behalf to get repairs covered under the extended warranty, even though it was expired. The vehicle was in warranty the first time I brought it to *** Ganley and they said nothing was wrong and didnt answer the phones for a week. The warranty ran out while I sat and waited for them to answer when my car was finally shutting off and getting worse. The manager got me in and they looked it over and found the correct problem the second time. It was never out of warranty the first time brought in, I have the Allstate paperwork. I had to be put through the stress and worry and not be told if it was gonna be covered and told it possibly wasnt going to be taken care of and waited for two days for a response. I called all state myself and they had accepted the claim and nobody would respond at your business I am a supervisor at a LARGE company and I wouldnt even be writing this if I didnt want people to be aware of how the business treated me. I paid my 100$ and left but lost out on so much more I have call logs and texts to employees if youd like proof of the no responses.Review from John M.

They will not honor their ******* mile warranty on a new engine , even though their engines in my 2018 Kia ****** were bad and burning ( or losing ) excessive amounts of oil !! They need to replace my engine like they did with other bad engines in their ********Review from April P

Bought 2 vehicles from this dealer and both engines died. **************** is unprofessional and hostile. No one to get in contact with to file a complaint. Now I have two auto loans and no running vehicle. Warranty on vehicle was no help. ***** a sales manager hung up on me instead of hearing my complaint.
